| Hope is a very sweet beautiful person, a kind person. Hope listed as Endangered Missing Person, has been missing since Nov. 10, 2000. Last seen leaving her brother's residence at Bancroft rd. in Virginia beach,VA. She was wearing a #1 mom necklace. Ht. 5'7" Wt.115 lbs., Bi-polar with symptoms of abuse. She has a Seizure disorder. Both require medication. Hope is a very sweet woman, who has suffered greatly because of a late diagnosed Extreme Bi-polar. She was treated so badly by the system that is in Virginia Beach. Forced into so many bad situations, Hope lived in Virginia Beach. She may have memory loss or suffered a trauma. Her family cares deeply, misses and loves her dearly. We are very concerned about her safety, and well being. She has a daughter that is now 3yrs old, your daughter is a perfect beautiful little girl Hope.. We love you.
