The Regular Tasks of an Officer

At “Sign On”
- Officers should check mail for any updates from the GM.

- Officers should check the guild information for updates.

- Officers should relay the information in guild chat.

At “Regular Intervals” (Say, every few hours)
- Ask if anyone needs help or has any questions, 
  and of course, help them.

- Start, or join in, a guild chat conversation.

At “Larger Intervals” (Say, once a week or so)
- Offer direct assistance to guild mates, 

  in the form of run-throughs, offering free items, 
  help with quests, etc.

Always (From sign-on to sign-off!)!
- Ensuring that none of the rules are being broken 

  (someone bothering someone, guild chat getting a little immature, 
  someone begging for help and not asking, someone being an ass, etc.)

- Be on the lookout for un-guilded persons and inform them about JAG 
  (though not necessarily recruiting them if they do not qualify, as always!)
