Two, there’s two and they are both blue, she thought to herself when she got out of the shower, I’m…

“Cindy?” a deep voice said on the other side of the door, “can I come in?”

Shit, let me hide this puppy in my dirty clothes, she thought and said, “Sure, come in.”

She hid the pregnancy test in her dirty clothes and put it in the hamper with all of her other clothes.  She smiled up at him as she combed her dark brown hair.  She was happy about the pregnancy, but she wasn’t sure how he would take it.

“How was your outing with Jubilee?” he asked leaning down to kiss her, making her moan in the process.

“We had fun, got some coffee and she picked up supplies,” she said with a grin, standing up, “Did you miss me, tiger?”

“Always,” he whispered huskily, pulling her close to his body to show her just how much he missed her.  They kissed passionately, her towel immediately pooling at her feet and her legs wrapping around his waist.

“Oh good,” she whispered as her teeth teased his earlobe.

“What am I going to do with you, dear heart?” he asked as his hands danced up and down her body.

“Love me,” she replied as he carried her to their bed, kissing her all the while.

“I can handle that request,” he said huskily, laying her onto the bed and pulling his shorts off in the process.

“Oh good, I’m glad that you can handle requests,” she said seductively, licking her lips as she looked at him and his endowment.

“I can do more than that, my love,” he growled as he slowly crawled on top of her, capturing her lips in a passionate kiss.

He slowly slipped into her silky depths, eliciting a moan of satisfaction from Cindy.  She arched her back so that he could have better access as well as wrap her long legs around his waist.

“You feel so good inside me, Hank,” she moaned as he fully encased himself in her, “so good…”

“I must concur that you feel good as well, my love,” he mumbled huskily, kissing her neck, knowing how sensitive it was.

He pumped within her, she meeting every thrust with fervor, forgetting momentarily her news.  She loved him so much, loved doing everything with him.  She didn’t care who saw it, so long as she was with him.  He was home to her; he was everything she hoped she would find all those years ago.

“I love you so much Henry McCoy,” she whispered running her fingers through his hair as he snoozed lightly beside her.  He stirred slightly, mumbling his affections and rested his hand on her abdomen.  She smiled at him, almost sadly, as she looked down at him before falling into a light sleep herself.

Doctor Henry McCoy was staring at the results of the check up.  He rubbed his eyes and looked at it again.  He wasn’t sure how to handle the news, more importantly, how Cindy would handle the news.  He sighed, running his fingers through his thick dark hair.

He stood up and went into the examining room.  Cindy was playing with her hair nervously, when he entered and he tried to plaster a smile on his face but it came out more of a grimace.

“What’s wrong?  Everything okay, Hank?” she asked worriedly.

“Yes, everything is fine, Cindy,” he replied, not necessarily lying to her.

She breathed a sigh of relief and grinned at him, “So are you okay with it?”

“Okay with what?” he asked confused, she always had a knack of shocking him, even after being together for almost a year now.

“Being a father of our child,” she said simply, tucking her hair behind her ears, “I know you saw the results.”

“You-you-you knew?” he asked surprised.

“Of course, I sensed something different within myself and tested myself last night.  I’ve been trying to find a way to tell you but then I remembered we had our check ups today,” She looked at him carefully, “You don’t have to be his father, if you don’t want to, Hank.  I’ll understand, I’m a tough chick.”

“I-I-I,” he stammered in disbelief as he thought, She seems okay with it, the pregnancy.  How could she…Trish would never…she’s not Trish…but still…the child…

“I’m not going to have an abortion, I don’t believe in killing a child,” she said sternly, her eyes almost taking on a cold quality that Hank never saw before, “He is mine and I will love him fiercely and protect him to the best of my ability.  You don’t have to worry about anything.”

“But what if he…he looks like me?” he whispered unable to speak any louder, he was too choked up with emotions.

“Then he would be beautiful,” she said her tone softening, “I will teach him the ways of the world and make him strong enough to fight society’s judgments.  I have and so will he.”

He stared at her as her hands moved to cradle her tummy, but her eyes remained on his.  They weren’t begging for him to accept the news this time.  They were telling him it would be okay no matter what his decision would be.  She hopped off the table and left him alone, knowing he would want to be so he could think about what was happening.
