Rental Terms & Conditions
 | All payments must be in Singapore dollars & payable by cash or cheque only. |
| Upfront payment of the rental & transportation charges (for to & fro trips) is a must upon the delivery of chiller unless stated otherwise. |
| In the event of breakdown circumstances, we will try to replace the chiller as soon possible. However unforeseen events can occur (i.e. traffic, road closures etc.) that can cause delays. Your kind understanding will be greatly appreciated. |
| We reserve the rights to replace the chiller with the same or smaller sizes/different designs in the event of breakdowns. |
| Our company shall not be held responsible for the any losses (i.e lost of sales, goods damages) resulted in the event of unforeseen circumstances etc. break downs. |
| We may impose repair/damages charges if the chiller returned upon was not in the original conditions. |
| We reserved the rights to change our terms & conditions prior without notice. |
