quotes/amounts are inclusive of all charges. |
| Any highly
flammable & illegal items will be denied from storing at our premises. |
| A nominal
transportation fee will be charge for shifting of goods/property from existing
locations to our premises. |
| Customer may
require place a deposits/upfront rental before commencing the activity. |
| The storage
services will commence with effect from the day of storage & will be billed
monthly or together with the monthly delivery services if applicable. |
| Our company
will be providing basic inventory control as in “Microsoft excel” format. It
will be available upon request via email. |
| Customers
will be able to access into our premises during office hours & upon early
notification. |
| Physical
stock taking will be available upon 3 days of advance notices & subjected to
quarterly per calendar year. |
| In the event
of any termination of the above mention service shall be available by giving
either party a one month notice. As such the balance rented will be calculated
based on pro rated basis (no. of days in the premises / no. of days on that
particular month). |
| Insufficient
termination notifications will result in penalty charges/forfeit in deposit if
applicable in the agreement. |
| We
do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your goods/property
once it has left our premises. |
| We
will not release any cargo related to the customer if there is any outstanding
in favor to our company. |
| We reserved
the rights to change our terms & conditions prior without notice. |
