| Outer Court: All dedicated members of the Jade Oracle - Meets Monthly The major commitment of any Coven member is to attend the monthly coven meetings. Eight out of twelve of these meetings will be holiday celebrations. Any coven member may help to design and implement any holiday ritual. The remaining four meetings will be for magickal purposes. |

| Inner Court: Any dedicated member Initiate or higher Any qualified member is inducted into the inner court upon their Initiate level initiaten. There is no commitment level for the Inner Court. The Inner Court will offer advanced training is circle casting, divination, concept and theory, etc. Any memer of the Inner Court mau either ask for one on one advanced training or may call a Inner Court meeting for an advanced group experience. |
| Teaching Circle: Any dedicated members that are Diayo's (uninitiated students) and teachers of Initiate level and higher Each level of teaching will be guided by Victorian Traditional format. Diayo's are expected to make arrangements with their teachers to meet weekly for a year and a day reguardless of regular coven meetings. Elder Initiates and Elder Acolytes will meet with their teachers once a month for a year and day reguardless of coven activity. Acolytes and Magus' will have arrangements brought to them by their teachers. All material will be provided to teachers in the form of Tradition based Guidebooks. Elemental teachers and students are apart of the Teaching Circle as well. Those requirements will be discussed in the Elemental degree section of this web site. |

| The Jade Oracle training coven is based on a 5 degree system. This system is a blend of traditional Brittish style Wicca and ancient Greecian principals derived from the teachings of the Greek Goddess Hekate, known as Hekateanism. Each level is designed to improve the students inner spiritual growth and to teach them how to ethically deal with leadership and community issues. |
