- left leg step to the side, hands up and down
- up and down in place
- turn to the left block
- reeling silk to the left
- reeling silk to the right
- prayer-hands near left shoulder, then two handed press
- left leg steps up to even horse stance, up and down with hands
- left leg together with right; up and down in place, then bow.
To continue; repeat steps 2-8,
for 3 more times,
to end up where you started.
Do four repetitions in the oppposite direction.
