Tai Chi Short Form
  1. bow; fist with palm
  2. left leg step to the side, hands up and down
  3. up and down in place
  4. turn to the left block
  5. reeling silk to the left
  6. reeling silk to the right
  7. prayer-hands near left shoulder, then two handed press
  8. left leg steps up to even horse stance, up and down with hands
  9. left leg together with right; up and down in place, then bow.
To continue; repeat steps 2-8,
for 3 more times,
to end up where you started.

Do four repetitions in the oppposite direction.
