JINGS
(firm energy)

  • MING JING
    (usually a long period)
    Obvious movements denoting energy, such as the foot making an audible stomp on the ground, when stepping. Strengthens the bones, and usually is the beginning phase, before developing other energy.
  • AN JING
    Prerequistes of correct body alignments and timing; in the ming jing phase. Movements are refined and softened, sometimes loosing there audibility.
  • HUA JING Develops naturally, after refinement of the an jing phase.
