Emu: a very large flightless bird that weigh about 30 to 55 kg and reach about 210 cm. Their normal life span is around 20-30 years. The males care for the eggs while the females make new nests and breed again. They feed on insects and the vegetation they live on. Enimies include the dingos and other predatory mammels.
