Morning Too Soon

Is it yet another day??
it's light again how the shadows do betray
the sun's infusion an unwelcome intruder
to the sweet calm darkness of night

time to move in a frazzled blur
imperative to be to the rat races punctually
inject my blood with caffeine
and work me to the bone

trapped, coerced into this jaded reality
a part of the system vehemently opposed
Maslow's needs only met by money
one cynical voice makes no difference screaming

it is lost, swallowed up in the nation of zombies
willingly subjecting themselves to extortion
good little workers, letting their means of subsistence
define, replace, become themselves

continued....
Change

the life id been bleeding
was to much to live
too hard to fake it
with nothing to give

fly just swoop down
like a hawk in the night
ravage me sweetly
we'll fade into the light

like footsteps behind me
the glass shatters as it falls
im done bleeding my nails
on these goddamned black walls

the pain and regression
im bound to forget
no sooner you found me
ceased the hate and regret

L'ecole d'elites

Dans l'ecole d'elites
we are but mini armies
being swayed, persuaded calcualtingly
to accept and uphold their ideals

Ideals d'elite

regimented,
labeled, pigeonholed in cement
no room for individual ideas or criticism
shut out and ignored

forced back into the ground

Social problem?
or simply the oppressed trying to break free

of the chains that confine them?
untitled
'
can you neutralize
all the toxicidy within?
a daunting if not impossible task
in a roundabout way

inhumane to even know
how not to betray
but it can still follow
strongly over riverbeds

and lucious hills of green
unlifting and freeing
from the chains
of which i'll never stay
