Alan (Ail/Ginga Seijuurou) - Alien who came to Earth to steal energy to keep the Doom Tree alive. Plays a magical flute that summons Cardians to help them steal energy. Claims to love Ann, but becomes infatuated with Serena. In the end his love for Ann saves them both, and the Doom Tree.
Ann (Ann/Ginga Natsumi) - Alien who came to Earth to steal energy to keep the Doom Tree alive. Professes to love Alan, but becomes infatuated with Darien. Dies to protect Alan from the Doom Tree when it tries to destroy them. She is revived when Alan kisses her with the kiss of true love.
Doom Tree (Makaiju) - Sentient, alien plant, once known as the Tree of Life, that gives Ann/Alan energy to live. Ann and Alan were born from the Doom Tree along with others of their race, but when evil forces came and turned the Tree's "children" against it, they left to find a place to live in peace. Ann and Alan were the only children left and had only known hate, that's why they never knew they were killing the Tree by giving it negative energy. Sailor Moon heals the Tree and it was reborn as a "seedling."
Catzy (Cooan) - Second youngest of the Four (Ayakashi) Sisters (all from the future), she is equivalent to Sailor Mars. As with all the sisters, she is concerned about how she looks and whether Rubeus likes her. On her last mission, she knows if she doesn't find Rini Rubeus will not let her come back. Rubeus gives her energy to destroy the scouts, but if she uses it she will be killed along with them. Mars talks her into staying on Earth and becoming like them. Sailor Moon then heals her and the symbol of the Dark Moon disappears from her forehead.
Birdie (Beruche) - The youngest of the Four Sisters, equivilant to Sailor Mercury. Though she seems naive, she is a formidable opponent. She loves playing chess, and played Amy in a chess tournament, freezing a part of Amy's body everytime she lost a piece. In the end, Amy won and Birdie tried to destroy herself by freezing the whole room and the scouts too. Catzy comes to the rescue and talks to Birdie and tells her what being a human is like. Realizing that she doesn't want to be evil anymore, Birdie allows Sailor Moon to heal her.
Avery (Calaveras) - Second oldest of the Fours Sisters, equivalent to Sailor Venus. Her and Prizma capture Catzy & Birdie and they try to turn them back to the Dark Moon. Birdie and Catzy talk Avery into turning to their side, and then Prizma turns on Avery and tries to kill her for turning against her. She pleads with Sailor Moon to not be angry with Prizma for trying to kill her, the rod was making her act crazy.
Prizma (Petz) - The Oldest of the Four Sisters, equivalent to Sailor Jupiter. Most determined to complete their mission and power hungry. With the "power rod" Rubeus gave her, Prizma's powers are amplified times 10. The enormity of the power causes her to become power crazy and she accidentally blows a "black hole" into the bridge they are fighting on. After realizing what she had done, she understands that evil is not the way to go. She was also in love with Sapphire.
Rubeus (Rubeus) - Leader of the mission to capture Rini. He takes his orders from Wiseman, the mysterious man from the future. After all of the Sisters are gone, Rubeus beams Sailor Moon and Rini to his ship out in space. After the traps the scouts and has Sailor Moon almost beat, he sets the ship to self destruct. Rini destroys his power amplifier and he is unable to stop them from transporting back to Earth. As the ship is consumed in flames, Emerald from the future comes and he begs to be taken back to the future. She tells him he has failed and disappears leaving him to die on the ship.
Emerald (Esmeraude) - One of the highest ranking officers on the Dark Moon. She's power-hungry, arrogant, has an awefully annoying laugh, and she's in love with Prince Diamond. She goes to the past to finish the job Rubeus couldn't complete, but she is foiled everytime. Then when the scouts travel with Rini to the future, Wiseman tells her he can give her the power to destroy them, and make her queen. The evil crown turns her into a dragon, and she attacks the scouts, but they defeat her and she is thrown into an abyss.
Sapphire (Safiiru) - Younger of Prince Diamond, he's the only one that's sceptical of Wiseman's motives. He finds suspicious things going on with the dark crystal that gives them their power, Wiseman has increased the power output to dangerous levels. When he tries to warn Diamond, Wiseman trys to kill him and he runs off and runs into human Prizma! She treats his wounds and he promises to return to her after telling Diamond about Wiseman's deceit. But Wiseman kills him before he has the chance.
Prince Diamond (Prince Demando) - Prince of the Dark Moon, he is trying to take over the future Earth because they were sentenced to a cold existence on a planet with no life or beauty. So that they can take over the future, they are trying to take over the past first. When he sees Sailor Moon, he falls in love with her and tries to brainwash her into loving him (of course this fails because of her love for Darien). After his brother's death he realizes how evil Wiseman really is and he dies when he puts himself in front of the energy bolt Wiseman sends at Sailor Moon.
Wiseman (Wiseman) - Diamond's teacher and strategist, servant of the Doom Phantom (no one else knows about it except him and later on Wicked Lady). In keeping with the Doom Phantom's wishes he destroys anyone that gets in his way: Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond...
Wicked Lady (Black Lady) - Wiseman lures Rini to him and brainwashes her into thinking no one loves her. He changes her memories so that it will seem as though no one cares. He also fills her with the power of the Dark Crystal and she turns into Wicked Lady...much more grown up than little Rini used to be!
Doom Phantom (Death Phantom) - Lives in the body of Wiseman (they're technically the same person), and wants ultimate destruction of everything. Only nothingness will remain... Together Sailor Moon (as Neo-Queen Serenity) and Rini use their Silver Crystals to defeat the Doom Phantom.
Fiore (Fiore) - met Darien when he was a child in the hospital, had to leave but promised to come back with the a flower that would mirror the love of Darien's friendship for him. Was manipulated by the Kisenian Flower to take over Earth. Gave the crystal "flower" of his spirit to Sailor Moon so that she could defeat Kisenian.
Kisenian Flower (Kisenian Flower) - Evil, yet beautiful, flower that preys on weak beings to take her to other parts of the galaxy so she can destroy the world in the universe.
