| Hot oil Treatment Place 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup hot water into a large glass bottle or jar with a lid. You may need to wrap a towel around the bottle to avoid burning yourself. Shake very well until oil is emulsified. Massage into hair, taking care not to burn your head. Put a shower cap over your hair and wrap your head in a hot towel that has been soaked in hot water then wrung out. Leave mixture on your hair for 1.2 hour, then shampoo as usual. |

| Sesame-Coconut hair conditioner 2 tbsps olive oil 2 tbsps. light sesame oil 2 whole eggs 2 tbsps. coconut milk 2 tbsps honey 1 tsp. coconut oil In a blender, mix all ingredients together on low for 30-40 seconds. Shampoo and rinse with your favorite shampoo. Apply conditioning mixture to the hair and massage in with your fingers. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Leave on longer for more intensive conditioning. |

| Honey Rinse for Shiny Hair Stir 1 tsp honey into 4 cups warm water. Combine the two as well as you can. After shampooing, pur the mixture through the hair. do not rinse out. Dry hair as usual.
