| Student grades will be determined based on a point system. The following is a breakdown of point values for class assignments. (20 points each) Weekly Homework Assignments - Distributed on Mondays (7A, 7B, & 8A - due Thursdays, 7C & 8B - due Fridays) (20 points each) In-class Assignments (Includes daily work and class participation) (30 points each) In-class Quizzes (30 points each) Projects and Formal Lab Reports (50 points each) Tests Note. Assignment point values are subject to change. |

| Homework Passes: Students are given one homework pass per quarter. These passes may be used in place of an incomplete homework assignment for full homework assignment points. Unused passes returned at the end of each quarter are worth 40 points added to the final quarter grade. (This is the equivalent of two homework assignments.) | |||||||||
