TEQUILA
SUNRISE
1 1/2 oz. White Tequila
Orange Juice
Grenadine
Ice a highball glass. Fill with tequila and fresh orange juice and top off with a float of Grenadine.
TOASTED
ALMOND
3/4 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass.
TOM
& JERRY
Take 12 fresh eggs
2 oz. of Anejo Rum
11/2 oz. tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
3 lbs. white sugar
Beat egg yolks until they are thin as water, add sugar while beating. Beat egg whites stiff. Add spices and rum to the egg yolks. Mix in egg whites and stir until the mixture attains the consistency of a light batter.
Note: A tsp. of cream of tartar or 1/4 tsp of bicarbonate of soda will prevent the sugar from settling to the bottom of the mixture.
To Serve: Place 1 to 2 tbsp. of batter in a mug. Add 11/2 oz. of brandy and 1/2 oz. of Anejo rum and fill with boiling water. Dust with nutmeg.

1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Club Soda
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a collin's glass. Garnish with a flag.

1/2 oz. White Cacao
1/2 oz. Blonde Lillet
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
