1 1/2 oz. Mount Gay Rum

1 1/2 oz. Orange Curacao

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz. Water

2 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

Dash of Angostura Bitters

NEGRONI

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1 oz. Gin

Combine all ingredients in an iced old fashioned glass and stir. Garnish with an orange peel.
