Chef Menachem Cone is a Hasidic Orthodox Jew from Topsham. He comes from a family of artists, and moved to New York City to study art, but quickley found his true passion in the culinary arts. In 2012, he returned to Topsam and opened a food truck, which catered private events for a decade. as his faith grew, he felt that it was wrong for him to work on the Shabbat, and to cook with non-kosher ingredients, so in the summer of 2025, he remade his food truck to be fully kosher, and re-opened it to the public, now based in Burlington Vermont. Chef Cone has learned from very famous chefs including Missy Robbins, Ulrich Sterling and Mary Cleaver.
