FILLING:
Heat the margarine and milk until the margarine has completely melted, remove from heat. Pour in the flour in several batches and keep stirring until it is well mixed. Stir in the eggs one by one until well mixed. Add the salt.
Grease and flour 2 cookie sheets. Using 2 spoons, scoop the batter and make it into a ball the size of a ping-pong ball (alternatively, use a pastry bag). Place the ball on the cookie sheets with a space of 2 cm from one another. Bake in an oven at 400ºF until they turn golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Place in rack and let cool.
Place all filling ingredients in a pot. Cook with low heat and keep stirring. Once boils, turn the heat off, and keep stirring until cool.
