Road Trip Baby
Talk about a blast with a great group of guys, this trip couldn't have been more fun. Here are some pics of what we did, but first here are a few maps of where we drove through.
Mike Brian Scott Brad (The men that made the trip)
Well we left at 7pm Friday night, to start our trip. We pulled an all niter and made it to Moab, Utah by noon the next day. Well we did have some problems in Frisco. Why don't we take a look and see what Scott did. Well, he locked the keys in the TRUNK. Anyway we did make it to Moab and boy was it nice and warm. Once we got there we Went Mountain Biking and Visited Arches national Park. It really is a nice place. After a couple days stay there, we decided to hike down into Dark Canyon. Something I will never do again!!!!
Well, after that whole ordeal we decided to go and visit the grand canyon, which didn't seem so grand after the big hike and camping in Dark Canyon. We only stayed for a few hours and where on the road again.

After a 3 hour drive we hit 4 corners (This is where all 4 states come to meet the only place in the US where this happens), yeah-great. No, actually it was pretty fun. From there we headed to Durango and had dinner (our waitress was a huge Jessie fan) it really was a nice place. The weather started getting rough and we knew we had to get going to try and beat the storm. Sure enough we got stuff up in the mountain pass in a HUGE blizzard. We ended up stopping at a hotel and staying the night after an hour and a half of horrible driving. The next day we got back into the car and drove to Colorado Springs where we celebrated St. Patrick's day, toured Colorado College, The Air Force (College), and tried to drive up Pike's Peak (We could only get so far-didn't do it).
After all that we headed home, it was nice to finally get back and shower. Oh, I did forget to mention it was Brian's idea not to shave during the trip. Well, my Amish beard didn't make it.
