Atlanta, WOW!!
NAHB
I went to Atlanta for a Project that I was working on with my Construction Management Student Association (CMSA). We competed in the National Association for Home Builders (NAHB) Competition. The NAHB has a convention every year which this year (2000) had over 8,000 exhibits.
The competition was to estimate, market, finance, and present a ninety-six home residential complex to a group of judges. The project was previously worked on and completed by Centex Homes. Our goal was to get as close as possible to how they actually built the project from start to finish, incorporating all the items I listed above. I fortunately got to present the marketing plan at the competition this year, it was a blast.
Here are some of the fun things we did in Atlanta. (Click on ME)

Really the night life in Atlanta was great. The clubs where open till 4 and believe me with 11 guys and 1 girl we really enjoyed our time together and experienced Atlanta. We met a lot of interesting people in down town Atlanta.
Oh, look what else we saw in Atlanta while we were resting at our hotel. It happened across the street at the Marriot.
