The staff and special personnel of Crescent Moon Equines are all competent, horse-minded people, who care about the welfare of the animals that they work with. Those who work for me full time have formed a close-knit group with one another, and is like a second family. There are 15 full time show riders, who in off-times, have the responsibilities of exercising as well as caring for the horses. Each staff member cares for 9 or 10 horses. At Crescent Moon Acres, we strive to bring out the best in our animals, and in the people who work for us. Grooming and mucking stalls are only a part of that self-improvement by getting to know the horses that they work with a little better, to develop a true trusting bond that will carry over when it comes down to show time. We also employ a full time barn manager, head groom, and breeding manager. They too help care for, and oversee the happenings around the barns.
