Jack has been performing since he was 3 years of age. He lerant all styles of dance - jazz, tap, funk, classical, contemporary, funk tap & hip hop at Julie-Anne Lucas School of Dance. Singing lessons soon followed with Lynn Forbes, and acting at Australian Acting Academy. Jack won regularly at local eisteddfods; this is what made it evident that Jack had a future on stage.
In 1999 Jack attended his first audition, which was for Brisbane's season of 'The Boy From Oz'. He got down to the final 5 boys and just missed out. Great achievement considering it was his first audition.

This motivated Jack to keep trying and soon enough that same year he was cast as young Cosmo Brown in
Ocean Theatre Company's production of 'Singing in the Rain'. Other amateur credits followed - played main role Patrick in 'Mame', 'Oliver', 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat', 'Jesus Christ Superstar', The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe', Christmas pantomimes, played Crover in 'The Wiz', played Paul San Marco in 'A Chorus Line' and at the age of 16 Jack was co-writer/co-director/choreographer/performer for his production 'Big Black Box'.

Jack's professional portfolio includes playing
Kurt Von Trapp in the Brisbane season of 'The Sound of Music', performed at the Lyric Theatre - starring Bert Newton, Lisa McCune, Rob Guest and more. Other achievements include an appearance in the US television commercial Oscar Mayor's 'Lunchables', played main role Bill in 'Kumon' - a Japanese Educational Video, was main back-up dancer for Nikki Webster's video clip 'Dancing in the Street'. back-up dancer for Neil Young's Concert - performed at Bundall Entertainment Centre, winning the 'Young Star Award' for the arts/education section in the year 2005 and much more.

In Jack's final year of school he wrote and co-choreographed his school's(Whites Hill State College) Rock Eisteddfod which they won for the small schools division! This same year Jack became a new member of the male tap group
Raw Metal, which is apart of the new founded company Raw Dance Company. Jack is one of the youngest member's of the company, and is now a main teacher & choreographer - having taught hip hip, funk tap & body percussion all throughout Australia at dance schools and education schools - and is choreographing for both groups Raw Metal and Raw Suga(hip hop group), aswell as choreographing Raw Dance Company's productions 'Urban Wonderland' - which is touring Australia 2007 & 'Project X' - which just got back from a season in Singapore and is now preparing for its season throughout 0ctober/November 2007 in Holland, Den Haag.

Jack is on the path to reach his ultimate goal to perform on Broadway in New York.
