�Jacky is happy to answer your questions about paranormal related subjects (free of charge) in exchange for permission to add them to her books and articles.  Jacky usually only publishes first names, age and the town or county where you live (unless permission has been given by you). Readers like to feel they can identify with the querant but of course this small amount of information would not really 'identify' you!'

It is useful for Jacky to have your contact details though in case she needs to find out more information to enable her to help you (of course your telephone numbers, e-mail addresses etc are never published and remain private).  In exchange for permission to print your queries (not all questions are used), Jacky does not charge for this service, and all of her ideas and suggestions in her personal reply to you are FREE (in most cases it would not be possible to let you know when are where your question would be used). Jacky does get many hundreds of questions each month, so you may need to be a little patient. She replies to as many as possible.
