Party Potatoes
Ingrediants

1 Lg. Bag Frozen Southern Style Hash Browns
1 stick butter or margarine
1 Lg. onion (diced)
1- 16oz. container of Sour Cream
2 cups Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Thaw Hash Browns.... Melt Butter
Mix all ingrediants together
Put in a 9x12 cake pan
Bake uncovered @ 350 for about 1 hour
or until top is a golden brown
