News 7/27/04:
Okay... after changing the SSNB to mimick the custom code I had before, I decided to alter the custom code to be webring compliant. I know, it sounds like I sold out. But apparently webring doesn't recognize my cool drop-down menu feature. So, it really came down to: 1)Cool looking, but doesn't work... or 2)Okay look, but works just fine. At least you hardcore HTML guys/gals still have the option of no SSNB.
