So the focus this week changed.  I decided to put Tennessee down for a little bit then finish a few scenes.  Instead, I am looking at a collection of short stories that I have been plugging along at for a while.  These stories are a collection of view points describing one person.  It's an idea I've been ruminating for a bit and I got inspired to go back at it after a visit to the bear night at O'Grady's, the local bar, the stories are very bear related and speak about issues within the community, plus my own views on the community as well.  I was gradteful that two ideas for the last two stories came out of the evening.  I have written three of the eight stories and they need some edits.  One of the new ones is coming along great and I am getting into its flow.  I'm hoping to get a few done this year, but I've put no deadline on it though I would like to include a story or two into a reading night.

 

I have finished a selection of plays for reading over the past few weeks and they were all enjoyable.  I will be continuing my binge of plays to keep myself in that mode as I finish Tennessee.
