Steven Jackson - A Writer's Journey
Welcome to my writing world where you can see where my creativity takes me.
Writing Report: Monday, October 23rd, 2006
This week was my birthday and I was fortunate to spend it with Todd, my Sunday supper friends and Kenneth Anger. It was a very reflective week though. I was pretty down for a few days, my birthday and following, mostly that stuff about not doing enough with myself, but it seemed a little worse with the thirtieth. I'm okay though and renewed with my projects so no fears.

This week I was kind of out of place with housesitting for friends, but still managed some writing in their lovely home. I have also seen what I need to do with my job. I need to carry my writing pad everywhere and while this has never been a problem, I used it more today in little spare moments writing down little outlines of scenes for my serial (a much needed thing). So I wish I had something more to report, but alas not much this week.

Books I've Read:
1) Perpetual War For Perpetual Peace by Gore Vidal - after quitting one book (Lesson learned: posthumous writings mean they never had a chance to edit their work), I started into Gore and loved it for his witty writing and very well researched book. I love Gore, so it was nice to read something non-fiction of his instead of his great fiction novels.
