Well not a great week for writing persay, but something interesting came out of it. I went away for a few days to visit friends in Kitchener and Guelph and came back renewed to get back to work. I find taking the trips, most often to see them, does this for me and I am very grateful for it. I had a very stressful week last and now this week, it feels as if none of it exists. I think that is a quality that I enjoy about myself, the ability to let go and move on and I'm starting to put that in my writing this week coming up.

You see, Fathers And Sons is very near being sent out. I have a last changes section to do and then I'm printing a copy for theatres and contests. I am very happy with how it journeyed from many years ago to where it is now, but it is time to set it free. The other decision I've made is to start posting my serial that I have started online through here on my webpage. I think I want to keep a journal as it is of something creative and it will keep me motivated to keep going with the story. It will however be a friends only page since I am still uneasy about everyone reading it. Nothing like showing your friends work :)

Books I've Read:
1) Superman: Birthright - very good retelling of the Superman origin influenced by my addiction, Smallville. I rarely put comics here, but this one was in book form so quite different. Any questions about comics, ask away. I am a DC connisseur. :)

2) Further Tales To The City by Armistead Maupin - I was in the mood for serials and a little of my inspiration. Quite enjoyed the silliness of this and the moments of tenderness. I'll have to finish the rest of the books soon.
