Karemy Labs guarantees that:
1. This puppy has recieved the 1st of it's series of inoculations for infectious disease and has been treated for internal parasites.
2. This puppy to be functionally sound.
3. Should this puppy become functionally unsound from a hereditary problem during the first two years of it's life (unable to live a normal active life) Karemy Labs will replace this puppy with a puppy of simular monitary value and quality. Veterinarian report is required. There is no replacement cost. Six months advance notice of the request for replacement is required. Because this is a family member, the unsound puppy does not need to be returned, but must be spayed, neutered, or euthanized and must not have been bred for this contract to be valid.
3. Accidents and other illnesses are not included in this guarantee.
4. Purchasers agree to have the puppy seen by a veterinarian within 72 hours for a general health check. If there is a problem the puppy can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
5. Purchasers assumes full responcibility for the health care of this puppy immediatly and will make sure that the puppy finishes the inoculation schedule.
6. All puppies going to pet homes will be placed on limited registration. If for some reason this puppy is used as a breeding animal without the breeder's knowledge and approvial the puppies from said breeding will not be eligible for registration with the AKC.
7. Purchaser agrees to provide a safe environment for the puppy, to include a fenced yard or kennel, shelter from weather, adequate food and water, adequate socilization with purchaser and family. It is understood that this is to be a companion/house dog.
8. If for any reason the purchaser is unable to care for this dog. The Dog must be returned to the breeder. Ownership must be transfered to the breeder at the time of return.
9. The purchaser agrees to complete some type of puppy obedience before 6 months of age.
9. This guarantee is not transferable. Unless the transfer of ownership of the dog is done with the breeders knowlege and apporvial.
