You can click Below on the Email Us Link or Use our Printable form link below to print off the form and mail it to Megan Powell-Wojton at the address shown on the Pre-registration Form. If you will be emailing for pre-registration you will need to include the riders name, riders birth date, horses name, requested number, riders address, and the riders telephone number. Number requests are on a first come first serve basis.
At this time all requests for high point cards will have to be mailed to Megan Powell-Wojton (see address below) with payment included. You will need to provide the riders name, riders date of birth, horses name, division(s) you would like the high point for, address of the rider, riders telephone number, and a check for $15 per division made payable to Jackson County 4-H Horse Council. Divisions include: the riders pleasure age division, riders contesting age division, Novice Horse, Novice Rider, 20 & Over Walk/Trot and Halter Year End High Point. The High Point Card Fees include daily high point at each of the shows. You can pre-register and sign up for high point cards with the pre-registration form (link above).
