Hmmm....  Even though I censored his name, if you go to Blackhawk High School, chances are you know who this GIF is about.  Someone joked about this person's arrogance by comparing the his head to an oversized novelty ball and a overinflated balloon.  I knew then that I had to capture his notoriety on a GIF.
