Welcome to my site of BITs. (Bonsais in Training). Very few, if any of what I have could be considered true bonsai (yet). See if this sounds familiar: With all of the tools, soils, pots, fertilizers, and other costs, I just can't afford to buy a $200 tree. And besides, they grow wild, don't they?!?
Even though I'm still learning, maybe this site will help those poor broke bonsai lovers (like myself) find shortcuts, bargains, and good hunting areas. I believe bonsai should not be a hobby of the rich. So let's pool our ideas. And please, please, PLEASE email me with any thoughts, suggestions, or critiques.
