It is preferable to send it as a Word 6.0 document attachment .
If this is not possible, you can write your letter in the MESSAGE section of an e-mail letter.
In the SUBJECT area you must write: Letter (1/2/3/4/5/ etc.) and then your full name. (e.g. Letter 3 Amos Cohen)
3. Please DO NOT send me a letter until you have checked it for spelling mistakes (use a Spelling Checker) . Also check your punctuation . I don't mind if you make mistakes. On the contrary, mistakes are most useful in helping me help you. However, every mistake must result from lack of knowledge and not simply carelessness. Please give the letters your full concentration.
4. Besides this, I will help you find key pals from all over the world whom you can write to. Here you can write whatever you like, however you like. I suggest that you give these letters your full concentration as well. After all, it is your writing you want to improve, isn't it?
5. Please save all the letters and the answers. Print them and file them if possible. It will be useful for later reflection.
