To Believe Or Not To Believe
(Epoch Four: 1989-1999)

A midnight summer's mist.
The continuous flow
Of a mountain's stream.
A cat's meow.
Husbands and wives
Observing a new born's first cry.

A clear rain falling down
from the gray clouds,
Converting a dirt covered ground
Into a pitch of multicolored flowers.
From which a nest of singing bees fly.

With all this
Not to cite
The infinite cosmic laws
Which not a single soul
With their infinite wisdom
Can explain the how or why.

To believe or not to believe.
The choice is ours.
Some people will
Live their life
Where every day seems
Like a restless night.
Grasping at straws
Instead of savoring
A piece of the pie.

I rather leave
As I came,
Free of fear
And all the love it allows.
Trusting in my creator.
Smiling at the bright
Heavenly sky.
