I awake and find
My heart still asleep untouched.

While with envious eyes
I see people gleam,
Apparently theirs are being shared.
For me it seems
I'm asking too much,
Wanting someone to care.

I have trouble understanding.
Why people I know scream,
"When it comes to love
You're too demanding.,"
When all my life I felt
It was something
I could only find
In a dream.
