| This is the view from my second floor window facing east towards the mountains. The same mountains where the sun first appeared in March. My pics aren't quite lined up and they are faded from age, but it still works the way I wanted it to when I took these shots in 1977. The antennae was for our ham radio station, VE8 RCS [real cold spot] where we could talk to our friends and family back in civilization. Many of these orange structures are missing in more recent photos on the Oldtimers website. | ||||||
