Overview of Work:
(Done) - 20% of stage floor replaced, entire floor painted black. (Done) - Red stripe painted along entire width of apron to mark edge of stage. (Done) - Slots in house walls for tracks plastered over, all walls painted black. (Done) - Tracks in ceiling removed, holes patched with new sheetrock. (Done) - Entire ceiling and proscenium walls repainted white. (Done) - Sound baffle frames sanded and repainted. (Done) - All house lights (aprons included) replaced with brighter, more energy efficient units. (Done) - 5 Access panels installed in house ceiling to permit access above upper bowl. (Done) - 12 channel snake permanently installed on stage right house and sound booth walls. (Done) - Snake conduit in house painted to match brick wall. (Done) - Spotlight intercoms "permenantly" installed. (Done) - Orchestra pit subfloor resurfaced with 1/8" of plywood. (Done) - Metal covers installed over orchestra pit step light junction boxes. (Done) - Pit wall and wooden cap thereon repainted satin black. (Done) - Stage mop board sections (formerly steel) replaced with thick, acoustics-damping rubber. (Done) - Metal cover installed over junction box for missing clock in lecture hall B. (Done) - Lecture hall screens removed and plastered over, keyswitch wiring removed. (Done) - Auditorium ceiling repainted, sheetrock repaired in lecture hall B. (Done) - Lecture hall wall tracks removed, alleys filled in to match grade. (Done) - Half-house curtain track and pulley system removed. (Done) - Ceiling vents cleaned and repainted. (Done) - House, midget room, pump room and house closet doors sanded down and repainted. (Done) - Plaster above house doors repaired and repainted. (Done) - Spotlight towers replaced by district. (Pending) - Sections of carpet in upper bowl replaced by district. (Pending) - Molding replaced along base of orchestra pit and house walls. |
