Is it possible to go unprepared to the mission field?
Some say yes (Hudson Tayler did) and some say no (times has changed)!
But what is the truth? What is the best? What shall we do?
Just go and trust the Lord that He takes care for everything? Or prepare and trust the Lord that He is using and guiding you with all the things you have learned?
For both thoughts you can find Biblical support. So it depends of Gods calling and your personal feeling about it.
We have enjoyed our training and it made us more prepared for tribal mission. Many area of mission came across where we had never think off. Culture, animism, shamanism, language study, influences from other religion etc.
