Port Charles County Jail:
Stefan:You wanted to see me, Mother. Hello, Uncle Cesar. I see you're 
still smoking those cigars.
Helena:Stefan, I want you to get your uncle and I out of here. I know 
you have contacts in the police department. I want you to tell one of 
them to let us out of our cells, tonight. Then I want you to arrange for 
Cesar and I to leave the country.
Stefan:And why would I do that?
Helena:Because I'm your mother.
Stefan:Mother, you poisoned my wife to blackmail me into returning your 
power to you. then you told Barbara I brought Deke to town, which caused 
her to leave me. It's a little late to plead family ties, Mother.
Helena:Fine, then how about this. If you don't help your uncle and I get 
out of this mess, I'll reveal to the world you're not really the son of 
Mikkos Cassadine.
Stefan:What did you say?
Helena:You heard me. You're not Mikkos' son. Mikkos wasn't the only one 
who had an illegitimate child. While he had Natasha, I had you.
Stefan:You're lying. You're making this up.
Helena:I can prove it. I had a paternity test done on you shortly after 
you were born. You are most definitely not the son of Mikkos Cassadine. 
I thought it might come in handy to have proof you weren't the fruit of 
Mikkos' loins. When you get Cesar and I out of here,I'll hand it over to 
you and you can destroy it and no one need ever know you're not Mikkos' 
chilid.
Stefan:If Mikkos isn't my father, who is? Or don't you even know?
Faison:Watch how you speak to your mother.
Helena:It's all right, Cesar, he's just upset. Your Uncle Victor is your 
father. The first time I discovered Mikkos was cheating on me, I wanted 
to pay him back so I took Victor into my bed. He was lousy between the 
sheets, but he was incredibly fertile.
Stefan:Mikkos' own brother! You're disgusting.
Helena:I suppose it does give new meaning to keeping it in the family, 
but you're hardly in the position to judge since you did almost the same 
thing I did. You do, of course, appreciate the ramifications of what I 
just told you. Because of my arrest, you are once more back in power. 
But if it were to become known you're really Victor's son, the power 
would be passed on to Isabella, and since your sister would have no 
interest in it, she'd no doubt put it in the hands of her husband. Do 
you really wanat Sonny Corinthos in charge of the House of Cassadine?
Faison:Stefan, just get Helena and I out of here and you can stay in 
control of the power.
Helena:Isabella's child won't come into power for twenty-five years. 
That's a twenty-five year reign of power you can look forward to if you 
help us, but if you don't, then we all lose and Sonny Corinthos wins. 
Cesar and I will remain in prison and you'll be revealed to be 
illegitimate, while Sonny Corithos will control everything.
Stefan:All right, Mother, you have a deal.

General Hosptial:
Miranda(and Mike enter)Kevin, you said there was an emergency with 
Sonny?
Mike:What's wrong with Michael?
Kevin:Sonny's missing. When the nurse went to check on Sonny, he was 
gone from his room.
Miranda:Have you checked the hospital for him?
Kevin:We've conducted a search and he's nowhere to be found.
Jason(enters)What's going on?
Miranda:Sonny's missing.
Mike:Jason, what are you doing here?
Jason:I heard something on the radio and I thought Sonny should know 
about it.
Mike:What?
Jason:As they were transporting Deke to the courthouse for his 
arraignment, he managed to escape. The police have a statewide manhunt 
out for him right now.
Miranda:Deke escaped and Sonny's missing. You don't think they're 
connected, do you?
Jason:This Deke guy seems obsessed with Sonny. When Cassadine paid him 
off for a job well done, instead of leaving town, he stuck around to go 
after Sonny, which is what got him arrested. I've got my men out looking 
for Deke. I'll tell them to also look for Sonny.

Jax and V's Apartment:
Jax(enters to find V's luggage lined up by the door)Venus, we just got 
back. Surely, you don't want us to take another trip so soon.
V:We're not taking a trip anywhere, Mr. Jacks. I'm moving back into my 
old apartment over the Outback.
Jax:V, I don't understand.
V:It's really simple. The games over, Mr. Jacks.
Jax:I don't know what you mean.
V(holds up the video tape)Does this give you a clue. You really should 
have destroyed it the first chance you got. It's very interesting 
viewing. After you and Carly discusss the trick you pulled on Sonny, 
which culminated in Sonny sleeping with Brenda, you talk about how 
you'll marry then divorce me all so you can get a big piece of the 
Cassadine pie. Real charming.
Jax:V, it's not the way it seems. You've got to let me explain. V, I 
love you.
V:Save it, Mr. Jacks. I should have smelled a rat when you suddenly 
became interested in me. I'm not really your type. You go more for the 
dependant, needy types like Miss Barrett. I knew all that, but I was 
still blinded by your golden glitter. Miranda warned me about you, but I 
turned a deaf ear to what she said. People just don't hear what they 
don't want to hear, do they. Which worked perfectly for you. I had this 
idealized version of you that never existed. Even learning you'd 
disfigured my sister didn't take the stars out of my eyes when it came 
to you. But that's all over now. I finally see you for what you are. 
You're not a very nice man, Mr. Jacks. I'll have my lawyer contact 
yours.(with that she picks up her suitcases and walks out the door)

General Hospital:
Brenda:(enters)Where's Sonny? I went to his room and he wasn't there.
Miranda:It's none of your business. Why don't you stop chasing after my 
husband.
Brenda:Oh, so you suddenly remember he's your husband. One could be 
confused since you've completely ignored him since you walked out on him 
on the island.
Miranda:Which I'm sure you've taken full advantage of.
Jason:My men have located Sonny. He's in Bensonhurst with Deke. The 
address is 145 Elm Street.
Mike:That's our old address. Michael lived there when he was a child.
Jason:Why would Deke take him there.
Mike:Michael also lived there with Deke before he left home.
Miranda:What are we waiting for. Let's go.
Brenda:I'm coming with you.

Sonny's Old Apartment, Bensonhurst:
Sonny(wakes up to find himself laying on a bed with his hands tied to 
the headboard)
Deke(sitting in a chair in the corner)I've been waiting for you to 
wake-up, brat.
Sonny(looks over at his stepfather)Deke!
Deke(gets up and comes over to the bed)That's right, it's me. Do you 
recognize where you are.
Sonny(looks around)It's my old room. Why have you brought me here. And 
how did you get out of jail?
Deke:I escaped while they were transporting me. As for why I've brought 
you here. I thought since this is where it all began, it would be the 
perfect place for it to finally end. 
Sonny:I don't understand you. You should be putting as much space 
possible between yourself and the cops. But instead of doing that, 
you've kidnapped me. Are you crazy?
Deke(grabs Sonny's chin and tips up his face so they're staring eye to 
eye)Tell me something, Sonnyboy. If you knew I was alive out there 
somewhere, could you ever have another moment of peace? Or would you 
eventually come looking for me to end it between us.
Sonny:No, I'd never feel safe again. I'd always be waiting for you to 
come after me, again.
Deke:Exactly. And eventually you or some of your friends would hunt me 
down. So I'm just bringing about the inevidable by kidnapping you and 
finally ending things between us. You know, when I married your mother I 
never dreamed this was how it would all end. If I'd had any idea what a 
pestillence you'd become on my life, I'd have saved myself the trouble 
and left you in the closet until you suffocated when you were a child. 
Thankfully, it's not too late to remedy that mistake.(he turns aways to  
pick up a pillow)
Sonny(desperately tries to free his hands while Deke's back is turned 
and stalls for time when Deke turns back around to him)If you'd neven 
been a real father to me, it would have never had to come to this. All I 
ever wanted was a real father, and if you'd been that to me, I would 
have loved you.
Deke:I couldn't. I tried but you were a constant reminder to me of your 
father. I couldn't get past it anymore than Adella could get past her 
love for your father.
Sonny:So instead you made life miserable for my mother and me.
Deke:Who could blame me for the way I treated you, you miserable brat. 
You're so unlovable your own father deserted you.
Sonny:That's not true. I know now my father always loved me. I didn't do 
anything to make my father leave my mother and me. And I didn't do 
anything to make you hit me.
Deke:This is getting us nowhere. Besides, it's pointless. The past can't 
be rewritten. Now try to  make this easy on yourself, Sonnyboy. For once 
in your life don't try to fight it. When I cover your face with this 
pillow, just let go.(Deke begins to lower the pillow over Sonny's face, 
while Sonny finally manages to free his hands. He uses his feet to shove 
Deke away from him, then jumps off the bed and runs out of the 
apartment. At the top of the stairs Deke catches up with him and fastens 
his hands around Sonny's throata. As they continue to struggle the 
banister gives away and they both go falling over the side)
