Sonny and Miranda's Room, Wyndemere:
V(enters to find Miranda packing her bags)Hi, Miranda, what's going on?
Miranda:I'm getting out of this chamber of horrors and if you're smart you will too.
V:Miranda, what happened. Does it have something to do with Sonny?
Miranda:If I tell you, you have to promise not to tell anyone else, especially Jax.
V:I can keep a secret. Just ask Sonny. I never breathed a word to anyone about how he wouldn't let me help the Tin Man out of that pit of quicksand down in Tiger Key.
Miranda:All right, then. Stefan's the one who brought Deke to town to gaslight Sonny.
V:Why would he do that?
Miranda:So exactly what happened would. He wanted to cause Sonny to have an episode of mania. God only knows what he had planned for Sonny if I'd agreed to commit Sonny to the mental institution he fired to force me to. Frankly, I don't even want to think about it.
V:But that's evil. Why that means when Sonny attacked Jax, it was really all Stefan's fault.
Miranda:You really can't blame Stefan for the way he is. He the way he is because Helena raised him to be that way. She taught him to think in a very twisted way.
V:But she raised you and you're not like that. You'd never do something like that.
Miranda:You don't understand. When I was growing up Mother practically ignored me. I was a girl child and therefore not of any real use to her. Although Stavros was her favorite and she was always demeaning Stefan as being weak, she still taught him to think the way she does. And in Stefan's mind no one is good enough for his sister, especially someone born and bred in Brooklyn. and you can bet he feels the same way about Jax. Which is why if you want your marriage to work, you and Jax should leave this house, too.
V:Where will you go?
Miranda:I'm going to move in with Mike until Sonny is released from the hospital, then we'll find an apartment to live in in town. But just because I"m not living here, I don't want to lose touch with you. I really enjoy having you for a sister. V:Don't worry, we won't. I'll be hanging around Luke's so much, you'll think I live there.

Deke's Cell, Port Charles County Jail:
Deke(as Taggert stands outside his cell)It's about time you came to see me. You've got to help me get out of here, son.
Taggert:(studies Deke as if he's seeing him for the first time)Everything you told me about Corinthose was a lie, wasn't it? He never beat up his mother. It was you, wasn't it?
Deke:Who cares. Look, kid, you've got to get me out of here. If I'm sent to the joint, I'll never survive it.
Taggert:What are you suggesting? That I help you escape?
Deke:Why not? You owe me, kid. If it wasn't for me, you'd probably be cooling your heels in stir, as we speak. I helped you straighten out your life. Never forget that.
Taggert:Why did you do it? Why did you help me?
Deke:Because I saw something of myself in you.
Taggert:I'm nothing like you.
Deke:Don't kid yourself. You're exactly like me. You've dedicated your life to being just like me. You even tried to pick up when I left off with Sonnyboy. So when are you going to help me break out of her?
Taggert:Go to hell.

Sonny's Room, Mercy Hospital:
Kevin(enters)How are you feeling, today, Sonny?
Sonny(turns his head away)Better, I suppose. At least I don't fell like going to the local cemetery and digging up a grave or two.
Kevin:Have you finally accepted you have manic depression? Miranda said you refused to before.
Sonny:Yeah, I've accepted it. I have no choice. I can't pass off the way I behaved, this time, as just a bout of gambling fever. Last time I was hospitalized it was because I became convinced I couldn't lose at gambling and when I did, I didn't take it well.
Kevin:Well, you have half the battle won by admitting you have a problem and accepting there's something wrong with you. Now you can get started on putting your life back together.
Sonny:Do you really think that's possible?
Kevin:Of course I do. I wouldn't be here if I didn't. Sonny, I know exactly how you feel. I've been exactly where you are right now. I remember after I had my breakdown after I'd been stalking Felicia. I never thought I'd get my life together and look at me now. But I'm not going to kid you. You may have years of therapy ahead of you. Not only do you have to deal with how the manic depression has effected your life and the decisions you've made because of it, you've go to deal with the abuse you suffered as a child.
Sonny:How did you do it? Right now, it just seems so impossible that I'll even be able to lead a normal life, again.
Kevin:It's like scaling a mountain. You just take it one step at a time. Just take your life one day at a time and just keep counting your blessings.
Sonny:Do I have any?
Kevin:Yeah, you have plenty. You've got a wife whose crazy about you and a father and friends who love you. And if you take you medication and monitor your blood level you can remain relatively symptom-free of your manic depression. I'd say you'd had a lot to be grateful for, wouldn't you?

Jax and V's Room, Wyndermere:
V(and Jax cuddling after making love)Jax, I know you're working for Helena as her assistant, but I was wondering if it's really necessary that we remain living here. I mean, could we afford to get an apartment in town. I talked to Mac and he says my old apartment is still empty.
Jax:What's brought this on, Venus?
V:(toying with his chest hair)Oh, nothing really. It's just thata we just got married and I'd like to make a real home for us. Wyndemere is nice and everything, but we just got married and I'd like to have you all to myself. So could we move off the island?
Jax:Does this have something to do with Mirander moving out?
V:In a way. I don't think I've told you this. She's asked me to be godmother to her baby. And I've just got to know my sister and I'd like to live closer to her. The only person I'll really miss if we move is Bobbie. It'd be a relief not to have to face Helena at every meal. The woman doesn't try to hide the fact that she loathes me. So could we move into town?
Jax:If that's what you want, Venus, of course we can.
V(showers him with kisses)Oh, thank you, Jax. You're so wonderful.

Downstairs:
Stefan(and Bobbie enter)Barbara, I'm glad you changed your minde about returning to Wyndemere. I promise you you won't regret it.
Bobbie;You said Miranda moved out? Why?
Stefan:Isabella decided she wanted to be closer to Michael, so she's moved in with Mr. Corbin.
Helena(comes out of the living room)Welcome home, Barbara. I'm so glad you're feeling much better since I lost saw you. No hard feelings?
Bobbie(turns her back on Helena)I think I'll go upstairs and rest now, Stefan.
Stefan:I'll be up in a few moments, Barbara.
Helena:Was it something I said.(Carly and Bobbie meet at the top of the stairs)
Carly:Are you ready to put out plan into action?
Bobbie:(glances down at Helena)Yeah. Let's nail the bitch.
