Jason's Penthouse:
Miranda:Sonny, who was that?
Sonny:Jason has company.
Miranda:Oh? Well, I'd better let you go. I love you, baby. I'll be 
dreaming of you, tonight.
Sonny:I love you, too. (he hangs up the phone)
Brenda:Who was on the phone?
Sonny:(turns to Brenda)Miranda.
Brenda:Miranda! You were telling Miranda you love her after what she did 
to you? Sonny, she betrayed you.
Sonny:No, she didn't. That's what that blonde bastard wanted me to 
think. The only one who betrayed anyone around here was me.
Brenda:Jax?
Sonny:Yes, Jax. I don't know how he pulled this off, but I'm going to 
find out. Then I'm going to pay him back.
Brenda(grabs Sonny's arm)What about us?
Sonny:This was a mistake. It should have never happened. It wouldn't 
have happened if that peroxide parasite hadn't tricked me.
Brenda:Baby, we belong together and tonight proved it. The fire still 
burns between us. You can't tell me you've even had the incredible sex 
that we just had together with Miranda.
Sonny:Yeah, sexually we were made for each other. We instinctively know 
what will turn the other on. But we have to get out of bed sometime and 
when we do it just doesn't work between us. Something always goes wrong.
Brenda:So what do you intend to do, Sonny? Pick things right up with 
Miranda and pretend this never happened. Well, it isn't going to work. 
The minute Miranda sees your body, she'll know you've been with someone 
else. And from there, how long do you think it'll take her to figure out 
it was me?
Sonny:What are you talking about?
Brenda:Why don't you look in the mirror.
Sonny(goes over to the mirror and examines himself. He notices something 
on the side of his neck and looks back at Brenda)You gave me a hickey. I 
haven't had a hickey since I was in high school.
Brenda(comes up behind him and wraps her arms around him as he continues 
to examine the mark in horror)It's been so long since we've been 
together I wanted to put my make on you. And that's not the only way I 
marked you as mine. Remember the scratches?
Sonny(slips his robe off his shoulders and examines his back)
Brenda(kisses his exposed back and remarks pleasantly)I drew blood. Of 
course, the marks will fade, but not before Miranda sees them and 
realizes you've been a very bad boy.
Sonny:I'm not going to let you and Candyboy destroy my life. What 
happened wasn't my fault. I was set-up. I was tricked. I would have 
never made love with you if I hadn't believed Miranda had betrayed me. 
Just get dressed and leave.(he heads upstairs)
Brenda(follows him)I'm not going anywhere.
Sonny:Just leave me alone.( he locks himself inside the bathroom)
Brenda(rattles the doorknob)Sonny, let me in.
Sonny:I made that mistake once, tonight. I'm not going to do it again.
Brenda:Sonny, let me in.
Sonny:Go away!
Brenda(begins pounding on the door)Sonny!
Sonny(turns on the hot and cold water faucets of the sink to drawn her 
out, then stares at his reflection in the mirror)What am I going to do?

Carly's Bedroom:
Jax(sighs in contentment)That was the best sex I've ever had.
Carly:(plays with his chest hair)Better than Brenda?
Jax:Much. Where did you learn that little trick you did?
Carly:My mother was a paid whore. It's in my blood.
Jax:Now about that plan you have to get me back on top?
Carly:To get us back on top. Don't forget it's us.
Jax:Whatever. What is it?
Carly:It's very simple. You'll marry V.
Jax:V? Marry V? Why would I want to do that. Sure, she's great to pal 
around with, but I wouldn't want to be married to her.
Carly:Are you forgetting she's really Natasha Cassadine. I heard Stefan 
say he's arranging for a huge trust fund for her. Apparently, all 
Cassadine offspring have them. You wouldn't have to be married to her 
long. Just long enough for use to get control of her trust fund and 
drain it dry. 
Jax:What about Cassadine? As soon as he learns I've succeeded in 
breaking up Sonny and Mirander, he'll expect me to leave. Then I won't 
have easy access to V, anymore.
Carly:We don't know you succeeded.
Jax:Sonny slept with Brender.
Carly:So? When he did it he thought Miranda had cheated on him. When he 
finds out it's not true, there's no telling what he'll do.
Jax:Are you telling me my future depends on Corinthos' whims?
Carly:Relax. If Sonny decides to keep quiet you can string Cassadine 
along with promises that you're trying to seduce Miranda, when the 
Cassadine you're really trying to seduce is V. And if the whole thing 
comes out, you can reveal Sonny slept with Brenda, which will if not 
cancel the wedding then postpone it, putting you in Cassadine's good 
graces.
Jax:How does this get you back on top? I'm the one doing all the work.
Carly:I'm the one who thought up the plan. You wouldn't have come up 
with it on your own. So I expect us to be 50/50 partners. I get half of 
the take.
Jax:What makes you think I won't double-cross you?
Carly:You wouldn't be that stupid. Only a fool would want me for an 
enemy.
Jax(pulls her into his arms)Well, if you keep pleasing me like you just 
did, you won't have anything to worry about.(he looks at his watch)I'd 
better be getting back to my room. It wouldn't pay for someone to find 
out about us.(he pulls on his robe)We're really going to have to find a 
safe place where we can be together.
Carly(smiles)You let me take care of that.(her smile vanishes when the 
door closes behind him. She gets out of bed and goes over to the closet. 
The door is standing ajar. Inside the closet sits a video camera that's 
aimed at the bed. She turns it off and removes a video tape)This is just 
the first of many times I intend to make of you, Jax. No, Jax, you won't 
double-cross me. Because if you do, I'll just play my little video 
collection for V and Cassadine.

In The Hallway:
Sonny(is just coming home when he sees Jax slipping out of Carly's room 
and into his own, which causes him to start to suspect just who the 
woman in bed with Jax was.)
