The catacombs:
Taggert:(pulls Jason off Jax)Let him go, Angerboy.(he handcuffs 
Jason)I've got you now, Morgan.
Jax(gasping for air)Taggert, thank goodness you arrived when you did. 
That maniac tried to strangle me. I want him arrested.
Taggert:Jasper Jacks, you've got the right to remain silent. If you give 
up that right...
Jax:What do you think you're doing?
Taggert:If you cannot afford an attorney one will be provided for you...
Jax:But you can't arrest me. I'm the bloody victim, here.
Sonny(runs on to the scene)What's going on?
Taggert:Well, Sonnyboy, I should have known you'd be somewhere in the 
mix.
Sonny:What's the handcuffs for, Taggert?
Taggert:He tried to kill, Blondie, here.
Sonny:Candyboy looks find to me.
Taggert:Stay out of this, Corinthos, or I'll slap a pair of cuffs on 
you, too. And we both know how nutsy you get when you're locked up.(he 
turns to Jax)All right, Blondie, it's your turn. Put your hands behind 
your back.
Jax:You can't do this to me.

Wyndemere:
Stefan(takes a call on his private line)So Jax is being booked as we 
speak. Excellent. Keep me posted.(he dials up Yuri)Yuri, is it done? 
Have you planted the bloody shirt in Ms. Ardanowski's apartment yet? You 
have? Good. I'll contact you if I have any further tasks for you to 
perform.(he phones the P.C.P.D.)Detective Taggert, please?
Taggert:Taggert, here.
Stefan:(using an obscene phone caller voice)Detective Taggert, I 
understand Jasper Jacks has a way with women?
Taggert:Who is this?
Stefan:He could probably even make a certain female cop conceal evidence 
that would further prove his guilt in the murder of Katherine Bell.
Taggert:Go on. 
Stefan:I suggest you search Venus Ardanowski's apartment before she has 
a chance to destroy the evidence that would give you an airtight case 
against Mr. Jacks(he hangs up the phone)

Quartermaine Mansion:
Ned(enters practically dancing on air)I just heard on the news that Jax 
was just arrested. What a great day this has been. Katherine dead and 
Jax in jail. Grandfather, aren't you happy about this?
Alan:Father's still upset about your performance at the funeral.
Edward:It was disgraceful. She's just a devil woman. How could you, Ned?
Ned:Grandfather, be happy I didn't sing "That's Why The Lady Is A 
Tramp." Are you forgetting Katherine Bell blackmailed me into marrying 
her? A woman doesn't become a saint just because she got shot and 
paralyzed. Everything I sang about her was true. Look, we shouldn't be 
fighting amongst ourselves. Especially over Katherine Bell. This is what 
we've been waiting for. Jax is in jail. It's time to move in for the 
kill.

Port Charles County Jail:
Sonny:I called Justus. He should be here at any moment. Tell me what 
happened before I got there.
Jason:I came face-to-face with Jax and I tried to choke him. Taggert 
showed up and pulled me off Jax. The rest you know. The police must have 
had a tail on me. What I don't understand is what Jax was doing there. 
Was he hiding out in the catacombs?
Sonny:I don't know. I don't think so. Jason, you were set up. This is 
all part of some plan Luke has to take over the mob. Right now, Luke's 
probably arranging a meeting with all your top people to convince them 
to throw you to the wolves and join up with him as their new leader.
Jason:I don't understand. How could he set me up. How could Luke know 
I'd be at the catacombs. Robin! She was in on it with him, wasn't she?
Sonny:Robin thought she was doing what was best for you. She thinks if 
you're out of the mob the two of you can be together, again.
Jason:I've told her how I feel about the mob. How I feel about the 
power. She gave me a choice and I chose the mob. Why can't she get it?
Sonny:I really don't think you can blame Robin for this. Luke probably 
told her what she wanted to hear to get her to help him. He probably 
made her believe everything would work out for the best. Luke probably 
painted a real pretty picture of him taking over the mob and you and 
Robin living happily ever after.
Jason:I'm not going to let Luke win.
Sonny:You may not have a choice. You're in here, while Luke's out there 
and he's going to use this situation to turn your people against you.

V's Apartment:
V:(opens the door to Taggert and two uniformed cops)Detective Taggert, 
what are you doing here?
Taggert:I got an anonymous tip you're concealing evidence in the Bell 
case.
V:That's ridiculous.
Taggert:(turns to the two cops)Search the premises.
V:I can't believe you're doing this. I can't believe you'd believe I'd 
do something like this.
Taggert:Ardanowski, you've made it clear you have a problem with Jas as 
a suspect. It's obvious you've got a Jones for the guy. So it's not 
beyond the realm of possibility you'd try to cover up for him.
V:That's ridiculous. My job means too much to me for me to ever do 
something like that.
Cop #1:(returns holding the bloody shirt)I found this stuffed under the 
kitchen sink.
V:I don't know how it got there. I certainly didn't put it there.
Taggert:Yeah, right, Ardanowksi. I'll have to turn this into Internal 
Affairs. You'll be given a chance to tell you side of the story.
V:But I didn't do this.
