Luke's Club:
Tracy(enters)How did things go with Laura.
Luke:She's not thrilled about being aa mafia wife, but she'll adjust to 
it eventually. Especially if it gets the Cassadines out of her precious 
little Nicky's life. Let's get down to business.  I've been thinking 
about this. I think the best way to set-up Jason is to lure him to the 
catacombs where we've got Jax stashed so Taggert and Garcia can catch 
him there and think jason is responsible for Jax being there.
Tracy:Do you honestly think we can pull this off?
Luke:It'll be tricky. Timing is everything. First off, we've got to find 
a way to lure Jason to the catacombs without arousing his suspicions. 
Any ideas?
Tracy:What about Sonny? Would he be willing to help us? To lure Jason to 
the catacombs?
Luke:Forget about Sonny. If I forced Sonny to choose between Jason and 
I, he's pick Jason. Jason has done more for Sonny than anyone else ever 
has and Sonny's unconditionally loyal to Jason.
Tracy:Great. It would have been so perfect if Sonny would have helped 
us. There isn't anything Jason won't do for Sonny. Sonny would have been 
the perfect person to lure Jason to the catacombs.
Luke:There's one other person Jason would do anything for. Robin.
Tracy:Do you think she'd help us?
Luke:In a heartbeat. Robin's greatest wish is for Jason to leave the 
mob. She's even used Stone to emotionally blackmail Sonny into firing 
Jason. I'm sure if we approach her, she'll agree to help us.

The Docks:
Sean:Have you any news to report to me?
Sonny:If you mean have I learned anything about Robert and Anna Scorpio, 
the answer is no. I've been a little too busy with the living to be 
thinking about the dead. Besides, I told you, Luke's on that.
Sean:Isn't he a little too busy with his own plans.
Sonny:I don't know what you mean.
Sean:Sure you do, Corinthos. Look, I'm going to give you a choice. 
Either you start acting as my mole in the Cassadine household or I'll 
assign you to take down your buddy Luke.
Sonny:You seem to overlook one thing. I don't work for you. You can't 
assign me to do anything I don't want to. But it's just lucky for you 
that I've had a belly full of Stefan Cassadine and it'll give me the 
greatest joy imaginable to see him take a fall.(he makes to get out of 
the car)If I find out anything of interest, I'll contact you in the 
usual way.(Sean halts him from leaving the limo)
Sean:That won't be necessary in future. Tiffany and I are moving back to 
Port Charles. I'm resuming my old job as police commissioner.
Sonny:As a cover for this WSB operation to nail Cassadine or is there 
another reason? You're not going after Luke, are you?
Sean:I'm afraid I can't tell you that. You're on a need to know basis 
and you don't need to know why I'm taking back my old job.

Dining Room at Wyndemere:
Alexis:(enters to find Helena calmly eating lunch with a cat smirk on 
her face)You look a lot calmer since I last saw you, Aunt Helena.
Helena:I am. I've regrouped and decided that perhaps everything has 
happened for the best. It was only a matter of time before Stefan 
realized all he felt for the Bell creature was an infatuation. So my 
plan was doomed to failure.
Alexis:Then you've giving up your plan to reclaim your power?
Helena:You know me better than that. In fact, I've already devised a new 
plan.
Alexis:What is it?
Helena:I'm going to help Stefan realize he's in love with Barbara.
Alexis:How will that help you?
Helena:Once Stefan realizes he's in love with Barbara, than Barbara will 
be my tool to use against him.

Quartermaine Mansion:
Reginald(enters)Detective Taggert to see Mr. Ashton and Dr. 
Quartermaine.
Taggert(enters)Dr. Quartermaine. Mr. Ashton. I understand you two were 
the last known people to see Jax.
Ned:Last to see Jax? Is he missing?
Taggert:When I went to quesiton him about the shooting, I couldn't find 
him and the last time anyone remembers seeing Jax was when he was seen 
leaving the opening ceremony with the two of you. So I'd like to know 
what he said. Did he mention any plans about leaving town for an 
extended period of time?
Ned:No, I don't recall anything, like that. Do you, Alan?
Alan:No, all he kept talking about was paying Sonny back for sleeping 
with Brenda.
Ned:Jax was very angry at Sonny. He said no one gets away with doing 
what Sonny did to him.
Alan:Then he got in his car and drove away.
Ned:Detective Taggert, not that I'm trying to get Jax into anymore 
trouble than he is, but are you aware he has a gun?
Taggert:You don't say.
Ned:He showed it to me once. he said he was a crack shot.
Taggert:Thank you for the information. I'll be in touch if I have 
anymore questions. I'll see myself out.(he exits)
Alan:Ned, I don't like this. Why would Jax disappear?
Ned:Maybe he heard about the shooting at the opening ceremony and 
realized he'd be a suspect and fled.
Alan:Ned, that doesn't sound like the Jax either of us knows. He'd most 
likely think they wouldn't dare arrest him because he's Jax.
Ned:Alan, I don't care if Jax slipped on a banana peel and fell off the 
face of the earth. Whether the police arrests him or he dissappears, 
it's all the same to me. He won't be able to keep track of him business 
and I can move in for the kill.

Luke's Club:
Robin(enters)Luke, you wanted to see me.
Luke:Robin, honey, I know how much you want Jason to leave the mob and I 
think I have a way to make that happen.
Robin:How? Luke, I got Sonny to fire Jason and he got Sonny to hir him 
back. And now Jason's head of the mob.
Luke:Robin, the way to get Jason out of the mob is to set up a situation 
where he has no choice but to leave the mob. That's what happened with 
Sonny. That's how Sonny finally got out of the mob.
Robin:What type of situation.
Luke:Well, if we could arrange for Jason to be arrested, Jason would be 
forced to give up the mob.
Robin:Arrested! I couldn't send Jason to prison.
Luke:Oh, Jason, wouldn't go to prison. He'd just be arrested. Then I 
could take over the mob from him and then nothing would stop you two 
kids from being together.
Robin:You want to take over the mob?
Luke:Yes. Don't you see how perfect this is. With me in charge, I could 
make sure Jason isn't in any danger, just like Jason did for Sonny.
Robin:I don't know, Luke.
Luke:Think about it, Robin. The only thing keeping you and Jason apart 
is the mob. With it gone, you two can be together.
Robin:How would Jason survive outside of the mob. He claims it's all he 
knows.
Luke:That's the same thing Sonny said, but he made it when he had no 
other choice. And Jason could do the same. Sonny taught Jason how to 
survive in the mob. He could also teach him to survive out of it.
Robin:What would I have to do?
Luke(smiles)Just lure him to the catacombs and I'll take care of the 
rest.
