Carly and Sonny:Your mother!
Helena:(to Sonny)I hope I didn't embarrass you, dahling. I was just 
trying to get to know my future son-in-law.
Sonny:If you'll excuse me. I want to take a shower and get dressed. (he 
slams the door behind him)
Helena:I understand he's called Sonny. Stormy would be more appropriate.
Carly:I think I'll be leaving too. I need to wash my breakfast off me.
Helena:Yes, you should leave, but not just the room. You should pack 
your bags and head back to the mainland.
Stefan:Mother, will you go down to my study and wait for me.
Helena:The master is dismissing me like a servant, is he? How sharper 
than a serpent's tooth to have an ungrateful child.(she leaves in a 
huff)

Sonny's Bedroom:
Miranda:(enters to find Sonny throwing clothes in a suitcase)Sonny, 
what's going on?
Sonny:You and I are getting out of this mausoleum.
Miranda:What happened while I was gone.
Sonny:Your mother came in here and put her hands all over me, that's 
what happened.
Miranda:My Mother's here?(she sits down on the bed in shock)
Sonny:Look, Miranda, there's a lot of things I can take. Having people 
treat me like dirt, insult me, whatever. But I can't take being touched. 
I just can't stand it. It's because of what Deke did to me as a child. 
All the kids used to tease me because in the summertime while they were 
all running around without their shirts on, I had to keep mine on so 
they wouldn't see the marks Deke left on my back. It took years for me 
to feel comfortable taking off my shirt when I was with a woman. After I 
got away from Deke I swore I wouldn't let anyone ever touch me again 
unless I wanted to be touched and I haven't until your mother did what 
she did.
Miranda:(holds his face in her hands)Baby, I'm sorry for what my mother 
did, but we can't leave. We have to stay and deal with my family. If we 
leave, they'll never leave us alone. I've been running from them since I 
wa 16 and I'm tired of it.

Jax's Penthouse:
Jax(slams the door behind him as he enters)Brender!
Brenda:Jax, darling, what is it?
Jax:Is it true you broke into Mirander's room, got her fired from her 
job and got Cassadine to stop her from marrying Corinthos, last night?
Brenda:Jax, darling, you're yelling at me. You never yell at me.
Jax:How much more of this do you think I'm going to put up with.
Brenda:I don't see what your problem is. I'm not behaving any 
differently than I have throughout our whole relationship and you never 
complained before. So why are you complaining now?

Luke's Club:
Carly(enters)Luke, what do you know about Helena Cassadine?
Luke(puffing on a cigar)She's a predator, sexual and otherwise. Right 
after Laura and I got married, Helena had her kidnapped. She also 
ordered my mother-in-law killed. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. 
She's completely amoral. There's nothing she isn't capable of. Why do 
you ask?
Carly:She dumped my breakfast all over me, this morning.
Luke:So, mama's come home to roost, has she? What I wouldn't give to be 
a fly on the wall. But then I have you there, don't I?
Carly:Man, I'm calling off this plan. That old bat took and instant 
dislike to me and I don't want that old crone for an enemy.
Luke:Oh, no, you're not. Remember, Caroline, no guts, no glory.
Carly:That's easy for you to say. You don't have to live with her.
Luke:Where's the woman who came to town to get revenge on Bobbie. Who 
seduced her stepdaddy and drugged, dumped and poured booze all over AJ 
Quartermaine.
Carly:Bobbie was no black widow spider who wants to wrap me up in 
webbing like a fly caught in her web and suck all the blood out of me.
Luke:Don't worry about Helena. I'll handle her. She's always had a Jones 
for me. I'll keep her busy. You just keep you eye on the prize. That 
being little Nicky. You just remember that if not for Cassadine you'd be 
living in domestic bliss with Dr. Feelgood and your little demon seed. 
Your vengeful Spencer blood will do the rest.

Stefan:(enters his study)Hello, Mother. You're sitting in my chair.
Helena:Is thet your way of asking me to get up? I don't think so. I'm 
perfectly comfortable where I am. There are other chairs for you to sit 
in. This isn't the only one.
Stefan:Do you think by taking my chair you'll put me at a 
disadvantage?(he sits down in the chair opposite his desk)So, what have 
you descended on us?
Helena:To stop you from completely screwing everything up. Is it true 
you stopped Isabella from marrying Sonny Corinthos?
Stefan:That's correct. He's an unsuitable match for my sister. He was 
born and bred in Brooklyn. He has no bredding. No bloodline. As long as 
I have anything to say about it, the wedding will never happen.
Helena:You fool. None of that matters. You're overlooking the most 
important fact. Sonny Corinthos is Luke Spencer's best friend. We could 
have scored a major coup against Spencer, but you ruined it. And this 
isn't the first mistake you've made, either.
Stefan:Mother, I think you should remember I control the family now.
Helena:If I were still in charge, you'd never be able to wrest control 
away from me because you've lost your edge. I don't know. Maybe exposure 
to that Bell creature has permanently brain damaged you. If not for 
Alexis constantly cleaning up the messes you've made, this family would 
be ruined.
Stefan:I don't have to listen to this.
Helena:Oh, yes, you do. You came to this town for one purpose. To wreak 
havoc on Luke Spencer's life, not to conduct some puppy dog romance with 
that Bell creature. But apparently I have to remind you of the goal 
since it seems to have slipped you mind.
Stefan:How dare you speak to me in this fashion. As head of this family, 
I demand your respect.
Helena:You'll get my respect when you've earned it. Actually, I've come 
to do you a favor. Since bedding this Bell creature is all that matters 
to you, I'll help you achieve your goal. I know you believe she's your 
half-sister Natasha. Well, let me tell you she isn't and I can prove it. 
The real Natasha is Venus Ardanowski. After I disposed of Kristen, I 
farmed the child out to an ex-lover of mine. So, you see, there's 
nothing to keep you and this Bell creature apart. Go to her, if you 
want. Of course if you do, there'll be a high price to pay. In exchange 
for being with your dreamgirl, you must give everything back that you 
took from me. You can't have your cake and eat it, too. If the Bell 
creature is your choice, then you must put me back in control of the 
family. You see, if you choose to reunite with the Bell creature and 
remain in power, to protect the family I'll have to dispose of her in a 
very violent way since you've proven to me that when you're around her 
your mind turns to mush. So what will it be, Stefan? The Bell creature 
or the power. You can't have them both.
