Sonny and Lois' Penthouse:
Jason:All right, suppose you're right. Brenda's mental. Why do you have 
to do anything about it.
Sonny:If I don't, who will? Besides, I'm the cause of her problems. She 
had a breakdown because I left her standing at the altar.
Jason:If you ask me, she was a mental breakdown just waiting to happen.
Sonny:Yes and I'm the one who gave her the push over the edge. My first 
instinct was to get her out of this apartment and wash my hands of her. 
Now I don't think that's an option. I think for Brenda's sake I'd beeter 
keep a close eye on her. It's the least I owe her.

The Outback:
Mac(as Jax enters)You look awfully pleased with yourself. What did you 
do? Foreclose on an orphanage.
Jax:You're really clever, Mac. You should become a stand-up comedian.
Mac:What can I get you?
Jax:My usual.
Mac:A beer on the house? So what are you so pleased about.
Jax:Venus was trying to play detective by trying to find out who killed 
our neighbor and was headed straight for trouble, but I fixed things 
right up. 
Mac:And just how did you do that.
Jax:I got her a job working for an author I met in the bar of my hotel.
Mac:(pouring Jax a draft)Would I know this author by name?
Jax:His name is P.K. Sinclair.
Mac:Never heard of him.
Jax:He's a romance novelist.
Mac:That explains it.
Jax:That isn't his real name, of course. Anyway, I want you to join me 
in a toast for my unexpected benefactor.
Mac:Why not?
Jax:(and Mac raising their glasses)To Cesar Faison.
Mac(smashed his glass against Jax's)Cesar Faison!
Jax:You act like you recognize the name. Like it means something to you.
Mac:Cesar Faison kidnapped Robin's mother. He murdered my brother and 
sister-in-law. He's supposed to be dead.
Jax:Well then it can't be the same man.
Mac:Does his face look like it oculd stop a rhinoceros from charging? 
Does he look like something you'd find on safari in the jungle? If so, 
then that's him. I want to know everything you know about him and I want 
to know now.

Lab, General Hospital:
Jerry:Hi, I was wondering if the paternity test results have come back 
for Carly Roberts, yet?
Lab Tech:They just came in a few moments ago, Mr. Jacks.
Jerry:Could you let me have a little peek at them before the others come 
in to hear them?
Lab Tech:I don't think that would be right.
Jerry:Oh, come on, darlin, what harm can it do. The tests involve me. 
I'm going to know, anyway.
Lab Tech:Well, I supposed since you put it that way it would be okay. 
All right, I'll do it.
Jerry:There you go, darlin.(he watches as she opens the enveloped and 
reads the report.)Well, am I a father?
Lab Tech:I'm sorry, Mr. Jacks. Mr Cassadine is Miss Roberts father.
Jerry:Are you sure? There's no mistake?
Lab Tech:I'm afraid not.
Jerry:Tell me, what would it take to get you to change those results and 
make them say that I'm the father, instead.
Lab Tech:Excuse me?
Jerry:You heard me, darlin. I want you to doctor the results.
Lab Tech:I couldn't do that.
Jerry:Sure you could, darlin. Look, this would be the best thing for 
everyone. Cassadine doesn't want to be Carly's father. Carly doesn't 
want to be Cassadine's daughter. And Cassadine will only use the fact 
he's Carly's father to sink his claws deeper into Bobbie. So just name 
your price for switching the results and anything you want is yours.

Jax's Penthouse:
V(answers the phone)Hello?
Jax:V, it's Jax. I want you to lock yourself in the penthouse.
V:Jax, what's wrong?
Jax:I told Mac about Mr. Faison. He knows him. He says he's dangerous. 
Don't let anyone into the penthouse until I get there.
V:All right, whatever you say.(she hangs up the phone, then goes into a 
trancelike state and picks up the phone again and dials Faison's 
numberCesar, it's Davnee. I thought you'd want to know Mac Scorpio knows 
about you, now. He and Jax are on the way over.
Faison:Thank you, my beloved. Until I see you next, remember, destiny is 
ours.
V(repeats)Destiny is ours. (then she hangs up the phone, returns to 
normal and rushes over to lock herself in the penthouse)

Sonny and Lois' Penthouse:
Sonny:So Justus found out Frank Moreno was a frequent visitor to Carla's 
hotel room. So it's possible he's the father of Carla's baby.
Jason:You know Moreno better than me. Do you think he's capable of 
trying to kill Carla?
Sonny:Are you kidding? He's capable of killing his own mother if 
provoked. And despite his own wandering eye, he loves his wife very 
much. If Carla was a threat to his marriage, I think he'd be more than 
capable of killing her. What's the situation with Freddy the doorman?
Jason:He's disappeared. At first I was glad so he couldn't tell the 
police about Carly coming back to the penthouse. Now we've got to find 
him fast. He's the only one who may be able to help us figure out who 
shot Carla and clear you.(the doorbell rings)
Sonny(opens the door to Justus)Jason told me you were on to something 
big. Did it pan out?
Justus:Did it ever. You know how you told me how you thought the way 
Deke helped Taggert was out of character for the man you knew?(Sonny 
nods)Well, I thought I'd do a little digging into Taggert and Deke's 
background. See if there was some other connection between them that we 
weren't aware of and boy, did I hit paydirt.(he hands Sonny a document)
Sonny:It's Taggert's birth certificate.
Justus:Look under the name of the father.
Sonny(eyes nearly pop out)This can't be true.
Justus(hands Sonny another document)And take a look at this.
Jason:What's going on?
Sonny:Before Deke married my mother, he was married to Taggert's mother. 
Deke is Taggert's father.

























































































Why is Justus bad and Jason good? Is it because Justus is black?
