Foyer, Quartermaine Mansion:
Luke(takes the phone from Reginald)Hello, Bat, baby.
Stefan:Spencer! I asked to talk to Barbara, not you.
Luke:I know what you want, but you're not going to get it.
Stefan:Just what is that supposed to mean.
Luke:I'm curious just how you did it. Just how did you manage to trick 
Barbara into thinking the two of you were legally divorced.
Stefan:How do you know about that?
Luke:Your bedwarmer told Bobbie and Bobbie told me. Listen, Grim Reaper, 
you must be dumber than I thought if you think I'm going to let you get 
your hooks into my baby sister, again. You're just lucky you're 
paralyzed or I'd come over there and throw you down the stairs.
Stefan:Murderer! You murdered my brother, Stavros, and now you threaten 
to murder me in the same way. I'm going to make you pay for that.(he 
hears a click)Spencer? Don't you dare hang up on me!

The Terrace:
Jason:Robin, why did you want to speak to me?
Robin:I miss you, Jason. I miss being with you. Do you miss me?
Jason:You know I do. But you said we couldn't be together because of the 
mob and that reason hasn't changed.
Robin:But it could. We could be together if Sonny took back control of 
the mob.
Jason:I'd never ask Sonny to do that. Besides he's happy with his life 
the way it is.
Robin:I know differently and deep down so do you. Sonny loved the mob 
and I know he still misses it. Don't you see, Jason, this would be the 
perfect solution for everyone. Carla's father was head of the mob, so 
she wouldn't mind Sonny being in the mob and you and I would be able to 
be together. It would be perfect for everyone.
Jason:Everyone except me. Do you think after having had this power, I 
could live without it? That I could go back to being what? A dock 
worker? A parking valet at Luke's? I've had to fight to hang on to this 
power. To gain the respect of my men. And I'd never willingly give it 
up. Not for you. Not even for Sonny. If that's why you asked me out 
here, you've wasted your breath.(he heads back inside with Robin 
following at his heels. He heads straight to Carly)You had enough of 
this party, yet?
Carly:(smiles)More than enough.
Jason:Then let's get out of here.(they head for the exit)
Robin(calls after Jason)Jason, wait!(he ignores her and never looks 
back. Robin turns to Carla)You said he wanted to be free of the mob, but 
he doesn't.
Carla:Tell me what happened?
Robin:I did exactly as you suggested and Jason said he'd never willingly 
give up the mob. You were wrong. Jason doesn't regret his choice, at 
all.
Carla:Robin, I never said this was going to be easy. Nothing worth 
having is without worth fighting for. I said Jason regrets the choice he 
made, not that he's admitted it to himself, yet. You have to help him 
admit it. You have to keep at him until he admits it to, himself. Don't 
you see. Jason's in heavy denial.
Robin:I don't know...
Carla:Robin, isn't Jason worth fighting for?
Robin:Of course he is.
Carla:Then no matter how many times he denies to both you and himself 
that he regrets his choice, you can't give up.
Edward(maneuvers Lois next to a dancing Ned and Alexis)Lois, it's so 
good to have you back where you belong.
Lois:It's so good to be back. You know, Mr. Q, I've been meaning to talk 
to you about Tracy.
Edward:Tracy? Why would you want to talk about her.(he turns to Ned)Oh, 
Ned, let's switch partners. There's something I need to talk to Alexis 
about.(before anyone knows what happened Edward is dancing off with 
Alexis)
Ned:Shall we?
Lois:Why not?
Brenda:Don't try to deny it, Sonny. I know you want me. Or are you going 
to try to tell me you were looking at Lois that way instead of me.
Sonny:I'm not trying to tell you anything. Look, Brenda, I'm not going 
to do this dance with you anymore where you come to me all angry and 
outraged and I respond by trying to seduce you out of it by giving you a 
smoldering look, by touching you, kissing you, in short, trying to turn 
you on. My life is in a different place, now and I've finally managed to 
put you behind me.
Jerry(watching V and Garcia dance)Well, bro, I see V shot you down.
Jax:What am I going to do about her, Jerry? I think I may be in love 
with her.
Jerry;There's nothing you can do about her as long as you're married to 
Brenda. Speaking of which. While you were making a beeline for V, she 
was making a beeline for Sonny.
Jax(glares at Sonny)Well, I'll just go over there and break that up 
right this minute.(he heads over to them)
Jerry(as Bobbie returns)So, what did Cassadine want?
Bobbie:To talk. I think he's just lonely.
Reginald:Ms. Spencer, Mr. Cassadine is on the phone, again, wanting to 
speak to you.
Jerry:For the love of...
Bobbie:Tell him I'll be right there. I'll be back as soon as I can.
Lois(catches Reginald before he leaves the room)Reggie, I need you to 
give Mr. Corinthos this not, but don't mention to anyone who sent it. 
He'll know.(Carla watches as Lois hands Reginald the note, then leaves 
the room. Then watches as Reginald starts off in Sonny's direction)
Ned(taps Edward on the shoulder)Grandfather, if you're done chewing 
Alexis' ear off, I'd like my date back.
Edward(looking around)Where's Lois?
Ned:She said she had a headache and was going to lie down in her room 
for awhile.
Edward:Why didn't you go with her.
Ned:Because she wanted to be alone. Speaking of which. I've fulfilled my 
fillial duty for the evening and Alexis and I are going to retire down 
to the gatehouse. Alexis?(He holds his arm out to her)
Alexis:(Takes it)My pleasure. Goodnight, Mr. Quartermaine.
Edward:Damn!
Brenda:Well, I'm glad to hear that, if that's really true.
Sonny:(smirking)You sure don't sound like it. What's the matter, 
sweetheart. Candyboy not all he should be in the sack.(he sees Jax 
heading there way)Speaking of which. Here he comes.
Jax:Get away from my wife.
Sonny:Here we go, again. She approached me, not the other way around.
Jax:I'm sure not without cause. What were you doing? Giving her one of 
your steamy looks with those two lumps of black coal you call eyes?
Reginald:Mr. Corinthos, someone asked me to give you this.
Sonny(takes the note)Thank you, Reginald.(he unfolds it, reads it and 
smiles)As fascinating as all this is, I have a call to make. If you'll 
excuse me.
Carla:(follows Sonny out of the room and watches him head upstairs)I 
warned you, Mikey. Now I'm going to blow your and little Lois-Marie's 
secret right out of the water.
