Dr. Gates Office, San Remos:
Dr. Gates:(as Robert and Anna enter)Mr. and Mrs. Scorpio, what can I 
do for you?
Robert:We have a birth certificate in our possession that we'd like 
some answers about. (Robert hands it to him) As you can see your name 
is on it as attending physician and Anna and I are names as parents. 
But this time is a birth certificate for a boy and Anna and I have a 
daughter. Care to explain this mystery?
Dr. Gates:Where did you get this from?
Anna:Someone we know found it in Helena Cassadine's safe in a file 
marked Nikolas Cassadine.
Dr. Gates:(shoves the birth certificate back at Robert)I'm sorry, Mr. 
Scorpio, but I can't help you.
Robert:We're not leaving here until we get the truth. Is this 
certificate real or not?
Dr. Gates:If I tell you that, she'll kill me.
Anna:She as in Helena Cassadine?
Dr. Gates:Yes, she never wants the truth to come out. If it does, she 
could lose her position of power.
Robert:(takes out a gun and aims it straight at the doctor's head)And 
if you don't tell us, I'll kill you.(he begins to pull back the 
trigger)I'm going to count to ten and if you don't tell us what we 
want to know, I'm going to ventilate your forehead. Do Anner and I 
have a son? Yes or no? One...Two...Three...Four...
Dr. Gates:Yes, yes, you do.
Robert:Excellent. Next question. Is that son Nikolas Cassadine.
Dr. Gates:Yes.
Anna:Then I gave birth to twins?
Dr. Gates:No, Mrs. Scorpio, you didn't.
Anna:I don't understand. You said Nikolas Cassadine was our son, so 
it's obvious he must be Robin's twin brother. It's the only possible 
explanation.
Dr. Gates:Mrs. Scorpio, your daughter, Robin, isn't really your 
daughter.
Anna:Of course she's my daughter!
Robert:I think you'd better start explaining from the beginning. You 
can start with how the Cassadines got their hands on our son.
Dr. Gates:It was that man. Cesar Faison.
Robert(and Anna share a look)Faison!
Dr. Gates:Yes, he came to me before your wife gave birth to your son. 
He said he wanted your son and if I didn't give him to him he would 
kill my wife and children. You've obviously met the man before, so you 
know why I didn't doubt him and did what he asked.
Anna:What about Robin? You said robin isn't really my child.
Dr. Gates:Mr. Faison was working for Stavros Cassadine. Mr. Cassadine 
learned the child his wife was carrying was a girl, not a boy, and he 
needed a son and heir to pass on the Cassadine legacy to to keep 
control of the Cassadine fortune on his side on the family. So he 
employed Mr. Faison to get him a boy child that he could pass off as 
his son. Apparently, Mr. Faison had been keeping an eye on your wife, 
Mr. Scorpio, and knew she was pregnant, too. He knew she was going to 
give birth to your son, so I assume he somehow gained access to Mrs. 
Scropio's medical files. Anyway, when Lasha Cassadine went into labor 
in Greece, Faison somehow managed to slip Mrs. Scorpio a drug that 
induces premature labor so she'd give birth at the same time as Mrs. 
Cassadine. Then Faison took your son and switched him with the 
Cassadines daughter. That's why I drugged you when I took you in the 
delivery room, Mrs. Scorpio. So you would have no memory of actually 
giving birth to a son. I also kept you out long enough so the babies 
could be switched without you becoming suspicious about anything.
Anna:(in a state of total shock)So you're saying my daughter, the 
child I've raised from infancy, is really the daughter of Stavros 
Cassadine and Laura Spencer?

Helena's Yacht:
Faison(enters to find Helena wearing a smug cheshire cat grin across 
her face as she sips from a snifter filled with one-hundered year old 
brandy)You seemed pleased with yourself, which can only mean trouble 
for someone else. Just who are you making miserable, today.
Helena:Quite a few people as it so happens. Everything is finally 
going just as I want it. Everything is going on schedule in the 
Michael and Caroline matter. The custody hearing is scheduled to begin 
in a few days which will ultimately lead to the revelation that 
Michael Cortinthos is really my great grandson's father, not that 
disgusting AJ Quartermaine. And as we speak, Dr. Gates is telling Mr. 
and Mrs. Scorpio that Nikolas is their son, but Robin isn't their 
daughter.
Faison:Don't you feel the slightest bit guilty about that.
Helena:Why should I?
Faison:You stole one child from the Scorpios when he was born and now 
you're making them think their other child isn't really their child.
Helena:Faison, if the truth ever comes out, I could lose my control 
over the Cassadine fortune. If anyone ever finds out I knew that Laura 
and Stavros' child was born dead and that I had you steal one of Anna 
Scorpio's children to take the place of that dead child, I could be 
accused of defrauding the Cassadine estate.
Faison:Helena, this is Faison, remember. You could just as easily had 
Dr. Gates reveal to Robert and Anna that Anna gave birth to twins and 
Stavros had me steal one to pass off as his son without you being 
none-the-wiser. I mean, you're still going to have to explain how that 
birth certificate got into your safe. So you could have let everyone 
know the real truth, without creating this fiction that Robin Scorpio 
is really Laura Spencer and Stavros' daughter.
Helena:All right, you're right. I have to admit to wanting to play 
with the Scorpios a bit by making them think their daughter isn't 
really their daughter. As for the birth certificate, you, my dear, 
Faison, will admit to blackmailing me with the birth certificate once 
I was named trustee of the Cassadine estate. You see, until you told 
me Stavros had y ou switch my "granddaughter" with a changeling, I had 
no idea Nikolas wasn't a Cassadine. Which, of course, will mean I 
didn't try to defraud the estate my passing off a pretender as prince. 
No, my sons, Stefan and Stavros, are the ones who did that and I was 
completely clueless to the entire thing, until first it was learned 
Luke was Nikolas' real father and then you came to me and told me 
that, no, Nikolas' real father was really Robert Scorpio.
Faison:Do you really think anyone is really going to believe that?
Helena:No, but the important thing is they won't be able to prove a 
thing. How is everything going on the Veronica Barrett front.
Faison:She hasn't heard from Stefan, yet. Maybe you should start 
coming up with a new plan because I don't think this one is going to 
work.
Helena:It'll work, Faison. I know my son and there's no way he's going 
to give up a chance to get to know Roberta Anderson all over again.
