Sonny's Penthouse:
Sonny(and Carly eating dinner)I don't like the idea of the Scorpios knowing 
about the little jobs this Faison guy had me doing for him.
Carly:It didn't seem to bother you when they told you about it. You seemed 
anxious to cooperate with them.
Sonny:Of course, I was anxious. If they asked me to stand on my head, I 
would have done it. They know I stole things for this Faison character. 
There's no telling what kind of evidence they may have against me. I'd be a 
fool not to cooperate with them when they have evidence in their possession 
that could put me in jail.
Carly:I suppose you're right. It's best to cooperate with someone who knows 
something you don't want to get out. So, you didn't tell me. How did the 
hearing go.
Sonny:I'm not really sure. There was a lot of name calling. I think it'll 
come done to will the judge make me trustee eventhough I'm not really a 
member of the Cassadine family or will he appoint your father trustee 
eventhough he'd been previously removed as trustee for defrauding the estate 
because he is a Cassadine. The points against me are my criminal background 
and the points in my favor are that I'm Michael's father. When you come down 
to it, it's a coin toss on who the judge will appoint as trustee.
Carly:Oh, did I tell you. I spoke to Alan Quartermaine, today, and he said 
Adella's doing so good he thinks we may be able to bring her home in a 
couple of weeks.
Sonny:That's great. Oh, speaking of children. Guess who's living across the 
hall from us.
Carly:Who?
Sonny:Jagger.
Carly:You mean, Jagger Cates.
Sonny:He's the only Jagger you and I know of. He's taking care of his 
cousin's kid at the moment. Cute kid.
Carly:How could Jagger afford an apartment, let alone a penthouse in this 
building?
Sonny:He claims your old man gave him some big severence pay or something 
because he no longer required his services as a body guard for Bobbie.
Carly:All right, I suppose that's possible. But why would he want to take an 
apartment across from us.
Sonny:That seems to be the $60,000 question.

Penthouse Across From Sonny's:
Jagger(and Malcolm are sitting on the couch)Now, do you understand why you 
can't leave this apartment, again?
Malcolm:Because Mr. Faison woldn't like it and if he found out I'd be 
getting you in big trouble with him.
Jagger:That's right. You don't want to get me in big trouble with Mr. 
Faison, do you?
Malcolm:No, of course not.
Jagger:Good, so you won't be sneaking out of the apartment, again, will you?
Malcolm:No, sir.
Jagger:Good.
Malcolm:One question?
Jagger:What?
Malcolm:Why are you keeping that woman locked up inside the wall?
Jagger: don't know what you're talkinga bout. There is no woman here except 
Grammy Helena and she only drops by to visit you, occasionally. Aside from 
you, you're the only one here.
Malcolm:No, I'm not. I saw you do something that made the wall pen up and I 
heard the woman when you entered.
Jagger:You're imagining things.
Malcolm:No, I'm not. I know what I heard and saw. There's a lady locked up 
inside the wall.
Jagger:Malcolm, you'd just better forget what you think you saw and heard 
because if Mr. Faison hears you talking about a woman being kept inside a 
wall or you sneaking out of the aparment he might just put you inside the 
wall with the lady.

Judge's Chambers:
Judge:Come in, Mr. Cassadine. I thought I'd made it clear I'd let you know 
when I'd made my decision.
Stefan:Before you make you decision, I thought we should have a private 
talk, first. I think there are things you don't comprehend about the 
situation. Things you need to be made aware of. The Cassadine family isn't 
like other rich aristrocratic families. We're a law unto ourselves. And we 
will only allow a true Cassadine to rule us. Only a Cassadine by blood will 
be accepted as head of the House of Cassadine. And if by some rare chance we 
allow a non-Cassadine to rule us, we would never accept a Brooklyn peasant 
with mob ties in that position even if he is the Cassadine heir's father. If 
you appoint Sonny Corinthos as trustee you will be quite simply signing his 
death warrant. Or to put it more simply. If it offends thee, pluck it out.
Judge:Are you threatening Mr. Corinthos' life if I should happen to appoint 
him as trustee.
Stefan:No, I'm simply telling you the way it is in my family. So, if you 
don't want Sonny Corinthos' blood on your hands, you won't appoint him as 
trustee. You'll appoint me.
Judge:Mr. Cassadine, I think you should leave.
Stefan:Fine, I will. Just take into consideration what I've said here, 
tonight. What happens next will be because of the decision you make. Mr. 
Corinthos' life is in your hands.(with that Stefan exits)
Luke(comes out of where he was hiding)I take it you'll disregard anything 
Mr. Cassadine just said to you.
Judge:Do I have a choice, Mr. Spencer.
Luke:No, not if you don't want certain embarrassing photos of yourself and 
my friend, Ms. Carson, to hit the morning papers which will not only ruin 
your career but your marriage, as well.
Judge:When will I get the photos.
Luke:After you appoint Sonny Corinthos as trustee of the Cassadine estate 
and arrange for my wife's release from Ferncliff, not to mention that all 
the charges against her are dropped, then the negatives will be all yours.

Penthouse Across From Sonny's:
Helena(as Veronica enters)Welcome back, Veronica.
Veronica:I was surprised when I got your phone call. Why did you ask me to 
meet you here, instead of at the yacht.
Helena:The police are having it watched. This place isn't exactly safe, but 
it's safer than my yacht.
Veronica:You know, I thought you'd deserted me. You certainly did nothing to 
stop your son from forcing me out of town.
Helena:My dear, what could I do. Stefan had you removed from Port Charles 
before I even knew what had happened to you. Just like he's trying to have 
me removes as trustee of the Cassadine estate.
Veronica:What do you want from me, Helena?
Helena:We've both been victimized by Stefan and I don't think he should be 
allowed to get away with it. I think it's time we struck back. I want you to 
help me destroy Stefan.
