Helena's Yacht:
Helena(as Faison enters)Faison, what are you doing here. You know that now 
the Barrett creature and the Scorpio brat are in residence at the penthouse 
I prefer you to stay there.
Faison:There's been a new development I thought you needed to be made aware 
of, immediately. It's one you're not going to like.
Helena:What is it?
Faison:Sonny and Carly have moved back into their penthouse. They moved back 
in, this morning.
Helena:What! Why would they do that? I thought they were happily ensconsced 
in that dreary brownstone of Bobbie Spencers.
Faison:I wouldn't know. Perhaps you should ask your granddaughter that. By 
the way, when was the last time you spoke to her, anyway.
Helena:When she came her and accused me of kidnapping Michael. Since then 
I've been so busy with one thing after another that I haven't been able to 
keep in touch with her.
Faison:Well, maybe you should remedy that situation, at once.
Helena:Maybe I should. I don't like the idea of Corinthos moving back into 
his penthouse.
Faison:I warned you it was risky stashing Barrett and the kid in that 
penthouse.
Helena:That's not what I'm talking about, Faison. I'm sure you and Jagger 
will be able to handle the situation just fine on your own and prevent my 
grandson-in-law and granddaughter from finding out that the Barrett creature 
and the brat are living across the hall from them. What I'm concerned about 
is why Corinthos would move back to that penthouse. It's a bad sign for us, 
Faison, I can feel it. It's a sign he's up to something. Something I know 
I'm not going to like in the least.

Sonny's Penthouse:
Sonny(as Carly comes down the stairs)So, how does it feel to be back.
Carly:Like I've never been away. I didn't realize how much I missed the 
place until we came back.
Sonny:I know what you mean. I feel comfortable here in a way I never did at 
the Brownstone. I really wish I could stay and enjoy our homecoming with you 
and Michael, but I've got to get down to the courthouse.
Carly:Oh, yes, the hearing. My darling daddy's attempt to put himself back 
in charge of the Cassadine estate.
Sonny:He and I already don't get along. I'm sure he's just going to love me 
snatching the brass ring right out of his hands just as he's about to grab 
for it.
Carly:And I'm equally sure you'll be able to handle whatever he may try to 
throw at you to stop you.
Sonny:You want to come with me and witness the spectacle.
Carly:I'd love to, but I can't. I've got to stay here and take care of 
Michael.
Sonny:Okay, I'll see you later, then.(he kisses her on the cheek then exits. 
Once in the hallway he spots Malcolm playing in the hall)Hello, there. Who 
do you belong to?
Malcolm:My mommy and daddy told me I'm not supposed to talk to strangers.
Sonny:Did your mommy and daddy also tell you you should play by yourself in 
strange hallways alone. They can be just as dangerous as strangers. Just 
where are you mommy and daddy, anyway?
Jagger(comes out of the penthouse across the hall from Sonny's)There you 
are. I was wondering where you got to. You know you're not supposed to leave 
the apartment.
Sonny:Cates, what are you doing here. Aren't you supposed to be living out 
on Spoon Island with Stefan and Bobbie.
Jagger:Cassadine decided he no longer needed a bodyguard for Bobbie.
Sonny:So you got a job as a babysitter.
Jagger:No, Cassadine paid me a large enough severence pay so that I could 
buy this penthouse.
Sonny:You're living acaross the hall from me, now?
Jagger:It seems so.
Sonny:Who's the kid belong to.
Jagger:He's my cousin's kid. I'm looking after him while his parents are out 
of town.
Malcolm:You're not my cousin.
Jagger:Oh, yes I am. The kid gets confused sometimes.(he shoves Malcolm back 
inside the apartment)Come on, let's go.(then he slams the door in Sonny's 
face)
Sonny:Weird.

Port Charles County Courthouse:
Bobbie(and Stefan enter)Are you sure you want to do this, Stefan. If you 
take the trusteeship away from Helena, there's bound to be trouble from her. 
You know that.
Stefan;Barbara, once I've taken the trusteeship away from my mother, she'll 
be effectively neutered. They'll be nothing she can do to anyone anymore. 
She'll be powerless.
Bobbie:But why do you have to be the one to take it away from her. Wouldn't 
Sonny be a more logical choice. He is Michael's father, after all.
Stefan:Barbara, he's not a true Cassadine. Only a true Cassadine can be 
permitted to be in control of the House of Cassadine.
Bobbie:But Michael is a true Cassadine and Sonny is Michael's father. Sonny 
would only be looking after things for his son until Michael is old enough 
to take control of everything, himself.
Stefan:Barbara, he's completely unsuitable to hold the position. Aside from 
the fact that he was a gangster, he was born in Brooklyn. Brooklyn! He's a 
common peasanta. Never could a common peasant be tolerated to be in control 
of the House of Cassadine.
Bobbie:Stefan, are you forgetting that I'm a common peasant, as well. Not 
only as I an ex-hooker, I was born on Elm Street. Elm Street!
Stefan:Barbara, that's different.
Helena(enters)Hello, Ms. Spencer, would you mind if I had a moment alone 
with my son?
Bobbie:I'll go take my seat.
Helena:You really are a stupid fool, Steffy. Didn't you take my warning 
seriously.
Stefan;I know there's no tape, Mother. You have nothing to hold over my head 
to control me.
Helena:Perhaps not. But that doesn't mean I can't still tell Bobbie you 
slept with Veronica Barrett on the night of your engagement party.
Stefan:Go right ahead, Mother. Barbara won't believe you. She'll only think 
you're making it up to try and cause trouble between us.
Helena:I'm warning you, Stefan. If you take away from me the one thing that 
means most to me, I'll make it my life's work to take away from you the one 
thing that means most to you. (she glances over at Bobbie so he'll get the 
message.)

Scorpio House:
Robert(enters)All the places Nikolas gave us to check out have been checked 
out and there's no sign of Malcolm in any of them.
Anna;Then that just leaves us with one option.
Robert(nods)We've got to confront Carly Corinthos about what we know about 
her and force her to help us find out what Helena has done with our son.
