Outdoor Cafe, San Remos:
Robert:Anna, you know this man?
Anna:This is Dr. Gates. He was my doctor when I went into labor and 
gave birth to Robin.
Dr. Gates:Miss Devane, you didn't answer my question. What are you 
doing back in San Remos. You didn't come looking for me, did you?
Anna:No, I'm not here looking for you and it's Mrs. Scorpio. This is 
my husband, Robert. We live in San Remos, now.
Dr. Gates:You what!
Robert:The thought of Anna and I living here seems to bother you. Why?
Dr. Gates:It doesn't bother me. Look, I've really got to go. If you'll 
excuse me.
Anna:BUt didn't you just arrive?
Dr. Gates:I suddenly remembered a very important appointment I can't 
miss. (he rushes out of the restaurant)
Anna:That was strange.
Robert:Something tells me Dr. Gates sudden departure had a lot to do 
with us being here.
Anna:Do you think it has something to do with that birth certificate.
Robert:Now about who we were going to kill off in our next novel...I 
was thinking of that Elena woman. You remember her, don't you, luv. 
She was using mind control on Dusty Walker. She was sort of a female 
Faison. She was having him assasinate WSB agents everytime the song 
Forty Million Stars played. She trapped us on her plane and tried to 
murder us.
Anna:Robert, we can't continue to ignore this any longer. If there's 
some secret about when I gave birth to our child, we've got to know 
about it.
Robert:And if there was and we find out about it, what are we going to 
do about it then?
Anna:Whatever we have to. Robert, maybe it's time we stopped playing 
it safe and come out of hiding and go home.
Dr. Gates:(On a phone outside of the cafe)I did what you asked. I 
purposely ran into the Scorpios and did everything I could think of to 
arouse their suspicions.
Helena:And were they suspicious of you?
Dr. Gates:They couldn't help but be after the way I just acted around 
them.
Helena:Good. And you know what to say when they come to your office 
looking for answers, don't you?
Dr. Gates. Yes.
Helena:Excellent. Continue to do exactly as I tell you to do and you 
may even live through this.

Sonny's Penthouse:
Carly(opens the door to Sonny)Sonny, I didn't expect to see you so 
soon.
Sonny:I just got a visit from AJ.
Carly:God, what did the little troll want now.
Sonny:He served me with a subpoena to testify for him at the custody 
hearing. Carly, why didn't you tell me Quartermaine was trying for 
custody of Michael, again?
Carly:Sonny, it's no longer your problem. You're divorcing me, 
remember.
Sonny:Carly, the reason we got married in the first place was so you 
could keep custody of your son. So this definitely still concerns me.
Carly:Just what does AJ hope to gain by having you testify for him, 
anyway.
Sonny:He's going to try to force me to admit on the stand that the 
only reason you and I got married was so you wouldn't lose custody of 
Michael.
Carly:You're not going to admit the truth, are you?
Sonny:Carly, I may not have a choice. AJ's also going to have Brenda 
testify and she knows exactly why you and I really got married.
Carly:Well, then you've got to convince her to lie.
Sonny;Carly, I don't know if I can do that.
Carly:Sonny, Michael is all I have left. I can't lose him. If it 
wasn't for Brenda, you and I would still be together. She has you. The 
least she owes me is to make sure I don't lose my son.
Sonny:I'll ask Brenda not to tell what she knows on the stand, but I 
can't make any promises. The final decision has to be Brenda's.

Dining Room, Spencer House:
Luke:So what did you do with yourself, today?
Laura:I went out and got myself a job.
Luke:Really?
Laura:You seem surprised.
Luke:I am. So what are you going to do. Just where will you be 
working. The hospital.
Laura:Why do you think I might be working at the hospital. Do you 
think I went to Stefan for a job.
Luke:The thought did cross my mind. Working at the hospital would be 
the perfect way for you and Cassadine to be together withoug arousing 
anyone's suspicions. Least of all my sister's.
Laura:Luke, Stefan and I haven't had anything to do with each other 
since he found out Nikolas is your son.
Luke:So, who will you be working for.
Laura:Scotty. I'm going to be his new secretary.
Luke:Baldwin? Well, I guess we've finally come full circle, haven't 
we?
Laura:What is that supposed to mean?
Luke:When you were married to Baldwin, you went to work for me and now 
that you're married to me, you'll be working for Baldwin. It makes one 
wonder what other strange parallels will occur.
Laura:Just what are you implying?
Luke:Nothing. I'm just pointing out the fact. By the way, I'll be out 
late, tonight. You shouldn't wait up for me. Tammy said there was a 
problem with th boiler at the diner and I told her I'd take a look at 
it for her.

Wyndemere:
Stefan(and Bobbie cuddling in bed together after making love)You 
remember me telling you about my first love when I proposed to you, 
Barbara?
Bobbie:Yes, what about her?
Stefan:I was just wondering. What if I should meet up with her, again, 
some day. Would you mind if I were to get together with her to discuss 
old time so I could have closure on my relationship with her?
Bobbie:I suppose not. If Carly's father ever came back into my life, 
would you mind if I got together with him to discuss old times with 
him so I could have closure with him?
Stefan:Of course not.
Bobbie:Not that either situation is likely to happen. I mean, what are 
the odds that both our first loves would show up in town and that 
we'd meet up with them, again.
Stefan:Yes, what are the odds, indeed.
