Deck of Helena's Yacht:
Helena(steps on aboard from the yacht)Mr. Corinthos, I thought we were supposed to be meeting in town.(she glances at Carly)And alone.
Sonny:Carly overheard our telephone conversation and got upset. It took me awhile to calm her down. To convince her I hadn't really been serious about taking you up on your offer.
Helena:Really? Then why did you call and ask me to meet you.
Sonny:Carly refused to believe me when I told her what you said to me, so I was going to get you on tape offering me money to give up all rights to my son.
Helena:I see. You still haven't explained why you're both here.
Carly:I convinced Sonny to come here with me. Grandmother, Sonny is my husband and Michael's father and your my grandmother. I love you both. Can't we all just get along with each other.
Helena:My dear, he won't be your husband for long. He's chosen another woman over you.
Carly:But Sonny will always be Michael's father. I know you were only trying to do what you think is best for me and Michael, Grandmother, but Sonny is what's best for us. Can't you two try and get along for my sake and Michael's?
Helena:If that's what you truly want, darling, of course, I'm willing to give it a try, but the question is is Mr. Corinthos.
Sonny:You're Michael's great grandmother. You'll always have a part in his life. I would never try to deprive you of knowing him the way you tried to deprive me. So for my son's sake, not to mention Carly's, I'm willing to try and get alone with you.
Helena:Excellent.(she links arms with Sonny and Carly)Shall we all go below deck and share a sherry.
Carly:Oh, Grandmother, I really think Sonny and I should be getting how to Michael, now.
Sonny:Oh, I think we can spare the time to have just one sherry with your Granny Helena, Carly.(he flashes his dimples at Helena)What are we waiting for. Come on, Granny Helena, lead the way.(they all head below deck)

Stefan's Bedroom, Wyndermere:
Stefan(and Bobbie are laying in bed. Stefan is running his fingers through her hair, absently)So, you really think your daughter and Mr. Corinthos belong together?
Bobbie:(sits up and looks at him in shock)Are you still going on about this?
Stefan;Barbara, I've just learned Brenda Barrett is my daughter. I have yet to claim her as my own. And I'm concerned about her future happiness. While you're convinced your daughter and Mr. Corinthos can make each other happy, I'm not convinced Mr. Corinthos and my daughter can do the same thing for each other. In fact, I'm beginning to think the best thing for my daughter would be if Mr. Corinthos were to stay married to your daughter.
Bobbie:Well, it doesn't really matter what you or I believe. As long as Brenda is pregnant with Sonny's child, he's never going to leave her.
Stefan:What if Brenda wasn't around. What if she were to disappear for awhile. Do you think then Mr. Corinthos would find his way back to your daughter and stay with her eventhough Brenda is pregnant with his child?

The Brownstone:
Carly(and Sonny enter)That was really a close call. I couldn't believe how you calmly sat there sipping sherry with my grandmother while all the while you had her sapphire stuck in your pocket.
Sonny:You weren't so bad, yourself. It helped a lot that you didn't lost your head.
Carly:Yeah, we made a great team, didn't we.
Sonny:It doesn't bother you that you caught me stealing from your grandmother.
Carly:After what she pulled on you, she deserved it. Besides, if I have to make a choice between you and my grandmother, my choice will always be you.(she wraps her arms around him)So, you've finally gotten tired of trodding on the straight-and-narrow. I knew you would. Now if only you'd get tired of playing house with Brenda, you and I could go back to the way things were before Brenda entered our life.
Sonny(disentangles Carly's arms from around him)I only agreed to steal that sapphire because of your grandmother's threats. I don't care what she says, she wants our son and I need this money as a nest egg to begin to build my own base of power so I can fight her when she tries to take our son from us. This theft was only a one-time thing. It isn't going to happen, again. I simply strayed from the straight-and-narrow, briefly. Now, I'm back on the right track.
Carly:Sonny, you'll never have what you really want with Brenda. Why can't you just accept that and let her go.
Sonny:That's the exact same thing Hernando Rivera said to me before he died, but you're both wrong.
Carly:Really? Does that mean you're going to tell her about tonight's little escapades?(she got her answer from the look on his face)I didn't think so. Sonny, to be with Brenda, you have to be somebody you don't want to be and you have to live a life you don't want to live. But with me you can be true to yourself and be who you really are.(she pulls his face down to hers and kisses him)
Sonny(begins to respond before he pulls away from her)I have to contact the buyer for this sapphire and arrange a meeting. Excuse me.
Carly(smiles as she watches him walk out of the room)You're weakening, Sonny, I can feel it.

Robert and Anna's Apartment, the Brownstone:
Robert:Well, shall we see how the bugs are working.
Anna:Let's do it.
Robert(turns on the receiver and Helena's voice fills the room)
Helena:You should have seen him, Faison. He was sitting exactly where you are now, brazenly sipping my sherry while he had my sapphire hidden somewhere on his person. My instincts were right about him. He'll make the perfect addition to the Cassadine family.
Faison:He also makes the perfect cat burglar. You know, there's this Renoir I've always wanted, but the private collector has refused to sell it to me. I think I'll send Mr. Corinthos to Paris, next, to steal it for me.
Helena:Mr. Corinthos and Caroline. You can have him stealing whatever treasures your little heart desires as long as you remember he does it with Caroline. I want them working together as partners.
Faison:And you shall have it thanks to that little hidden camera we had planted in your boudoir that captured Mr. Corinthos on film stealing the sapphire from your safe. Because of that little piece of tape, we can make him do anything we want him to do.
Anna(shots off the sound)What did she mean about Sonny Corinthos making the perfect addition to the Cassadine family.
Robert:I don't know. And why does she want him and his wife working together as a team of cat burglars?
Anna:It looks like there's more going on here than just a baby switch.
Robert:Yeah, there's no telling what all Faison and Helena are up to. But before we make a move against them, we'd better find out. everything
